Great location!

The unit was perfect, it had everything we needed for our stay. The location was close to restaurants and shops that were very easy to walk to. Parking on site and community is gated. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back to the island!

Great stay

The resort is in a great location within walking distance to many great restaurants which made it very easy with small children to just walk over instead of loading up the car . The pool was nice with a small area for the children I do suggest they get more lounge chairs . The unit was very clean and had a great view of the lagoon . Would def stay again .

Secure, centrally located, comfortable property

Close to all important facilities and services in the area, within walking and driving distance of the property. Kim, our host, was always available to address any questions or needs that we might have had. A very nice, simple property with all of the basic amenities needed for a short term stay.

Excellent view & location!

We had a wonderful 7-night stay here! Within walking distance to so many restaurants & grocery store which is so convenient. Nice & quiet location with view of marina so pretty & peaceful. Kim went above & beyond by welcoming us personally and could not have been nicer or more helpful. Definitely recommend!! :)

Just what we wanted!

This is a beautiful updated studio perfect for a couple. We wanted to be right in the middle of things and we were. Walking distance to many great restaurants and bars, grocery stores, and casinos. Kim was an amazing hostess - greeting us at the front gate as we arrived at the condo complex. We will stay with Kim again on our travels to St Maarten.

The owner Kim was lovely and thorough showing us everything

Lovely view of the marina, quiet, gated community, very clean and well appointed. Only complaint would be a very small coffee pot, we had to keep making pots. Hardly worth mentioning, but some of us are big caffeine nuts...overall, very pleasant. Thank you.

Simpson Bay Beach Resort

Host was not helpful explaining how things work in the unit. Hot water in the bathroom sink was a trickle. Shower was very difficult to use. Kitchen appliances were not user friendly. NETFLIX supposedly provided, did not work regularly. No other real TV options provided. Overpriced and underperforming. Would never stay here again or deal with this host.

Amazing Views

Very tidy and lovely studio apartment equipped with everything you need. A good bed and nice bathroom. Kim is a great host and there when you need her. Very nice and wants to share all she know about the area. We had a great stay!

Erg fijne studio

Wij hebben het heerlijk gehad in dit appartement. De locatie is top. Heerlijk rustig, met restaurants, bakker, etc op loopafstand. Fijn zwembad, met mooi terras met leuk uitzicht, mooie en schone studio. Communicatie met verhuurder ging vlekkeloos. Echt een aanrader, deze plek!

Amazing studio with central yet quiet location

Kim was an amazing host, communication was always fast and accurate. The Studio looked just as pictured with a nice terrace just on the water which we enjoyed a lot. Surely recommend to stay there.

Excellent host

Kim’s property is simply beautiful. Her communication is very efficient. It is a prime location, yet still very private. Top notch appliances, very modern. I highly recommend. Can’t wait to stay here again.
