Villa # 4:

Recently and Extensively renovated with higher end finishes, and all the comforts, each bedroom has it's own private bath. Private balcony off oceanfront bedroom, front lower lanai looking out into Caribbean waters, listen to the waves roll onto the beach. Villa # 4 is a fully air conditioned upscale unit which includes: One King and one Queen-sized bedroom, each with vaulted and beamed ceilings, a fully equipped modern kitchen, open concept living and dining room, free wifi, flat screen televisions throughout, including bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own private three piece bathroom which includes a large shower with waterfall shower head, plus there is a main floor powder room.
The beachfront bedroom on the second story has direct walk out access to its own terrace for lounging in the sun, and while listening to the waves crash on the beach. The living room also opens up into a private lanai to enjoy breakfast in the shade, or to sit out of the sun for a glass of wine in the late afternoon or early evening, or to enjoy the private pool area and see the cruise ships entering in the early morning, or leaving in the early evening. You can also exit the completely fenced property onto your own private section of Great Bay beach, or walk less than 5 minutes into town for some of the best shopping and dining in the Caribbean.

Our Property Manager lives full time within our gated complex and can easily look after any of your needs so as to manage a total relaxation vacation, should that be your preference. As such, he will cater to your every need for additional services, such as car rental, day trips, tours, grocery delivery prior to arrival, and even in house chefs and massage therapists….all to customize your vacation to suit your individual preferences. The complex is fully gated with a security guard on duty every night.
