Open concept Dining/Living room combination leads to a covered patio for outdoor dining with panoramic bay views. 2 large and spacious bedrooms with private baths. Enjoy morning coffee or afternoon cocktails on one of the 3 patios all overlooking water. This complex offers 2 pools, Tennis, Jacuzzi, security and parking.

Perfect Island Escape – We’ll Be Back!

This was our first time visiting the island, and we had no clue about the best area to stay—yet somehow, we hit the jackpot with this condo. The location was absolutely perfect! We rented a car and explored the whole island, but kept saying how lucky we were to have chosen this spot. It’s so central and convenient, yet peaceful with views that honestly took our breath away.The condo itself felt like home the moment we walked in. It was spotless, cozy, and welcoming—exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Check-in was incredibly smooth, and Manoj and Mariana were phenomenal hosts—responsive, organized, and clearly passionate about providing a top-notch experience.But the true highlight? The views. Watching the skyline shift with the sunset with the boats drifting by... it was the ultimate reset. We truly didn’t want to leave and are already planning our return to this exact place.Can’t recommend it enough!

Relax and Enjoy

From the moment you book your stay at Casa Pisani. Your hosts Manoj and Mariana keep you informed right up to the moment you seamlessly check in. They continue their caring,friendly assistance with any questions or needs you may have. Casa Pisani feels like home away from home with a well stocked kitchen(complimentary wine as welcome gift was a nice touch), nicely furnished, comfortable beds and incredible terraces . All amenities come as described. Hot tub and pools were used regularly during our stay. Easy access to nearby restaurants within walking distance and buses or taxis are plentiful. Early morning coffee and evening dinners on the covered terrace overlooking the lagoon provide lasting memories. We have stayed at many vacation rentals in various countries and without question Casa Pisani rates among the best. Our thanks to Manoj and Mariana for their kindness and assistance throughout our stay.

Perfect spot with everything we needed

Spacious and well equipped. The communication, instructions and information from the property manager made things so much easier as we came in by boat and needed flexibility. We will use this as our SXM base fir sure!.ww will

Casa Pisani is a great place to stay and enjoy the beautiful island of SXM. The location is very central to explore the Dutch and French side. Beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, and bakeries are close by so you have everything you need with out getting in your car. The townhouse is stocked with everything you need so all you need is to pack your bathing suit and prepare for a great time. You can see that this is much more than a vacational rental unit, it is a generational family vacation home that has been passed down with lots of precious memories. The uniit has some age and needs some updating, but what stands out is excellent views of the marina, spacious rooms and excellent customer service from both the owner, Michael and the Property Manager, Manjor Kakkor and his wife, Mariana. If there is a concern or problem, Manjor will take care of your need promptly and personally. He goes the extra mile to make sure that your need is not only met, but exceeded. Hats off to this management team. Bravo and thank you for making this stay an enjoyable visit.

Spacious place and great location

Great location within walking distance to many restaurants/bars in Simpson Bay. Great communication from Manoj the property manager for checking in and any problems that we encountered during our stay. The condo was spacious and had everything that we needed for our trip. Ready to book our next trip there
