Very pleasant stay

We were able to secure this place last minute and everything worked out very well. Owner was very accommodating and made sure we could get into the place with a late check in.

Best find ever!!

Stayed here with 6 college-aged girls studying abroad for a weekend in Barcelona. Not only was the home spacious, clean, and perfectly located, but Sergio went above and beyond (bottle of wine, cookies, coffee machines, every other amenity) to ensure we had the best stay possible. 10/10 reccomend.

Great location. Responsive host

Central location. Plenty of space for 8 people. Very responsive host. The elevator did not work at all during our entire stay. The property on the fifth floor. We had to carry our big suitecases up and down through the narrow stairs.

Perfect for our needs!

We stayed here two nights as a family of 7 and it perfectly fit our needs. We could walk to all the places that we wanted to go, cook dinner right in the apartment, and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and sit. My boys had been in Spain for two weeks, and I was able to do all their laundry. We left a necklace behind and Sergio offered to return it to us. Sergio was very easy to communicate with by WhatsApp. Overall a perfect little place for our short stay.

Great location. Helpful early check in

Nice apartment in a short walk to Sagrada Familia and Hop on Hop off bus routes. Please confirm the elevator is working. my group had to lug 12 days of luggage up to the 5th/6th floor. Host communicated the day off travel it was out while in the air. It was being completely replaced with new the Monday we were leaving. Appears to be an on going issue with elevator from other reviews Walk up not an issue after initial trek up. Laundry is super convenient and apartment is very nice overall and would definitely recommend as long as elevator is operational.

Sergio and location was EXCELLENT!

The only reason I would give this place a 4 star is because the elevator was broken and I had 3 people with back and knee issues that had to climbs 5 flights (actually16) of staIrs every time. Balcony is on inside, center of building, not on thw street. Sergio was excellent and offered a refund if we wanted another place. It was not his fault at all, but if renting, I would ask if it is working if not all in great health. Showers were phenomenal. Location was excellent, close to metro, bis, and taxi, several historical sites and the beach. I would stay there again if the elevator worked :)

Stay Away from this place, it was a nightmare! Toilet water everywhere and no AC.

Staying at this apartment was an absolute nightmare. I faced a family emergency and tried to cancel the reservation, but the host was completely inflexible. We ended up staying because we couldn't get tickets back home. When we arrived, the air conditioning was broken. The host informed me it wouldn't be fixed until after our checkout because he was waiting for a part. The problems didn't end there. The Wi-Fi wasn't working, and when we contacted the host on a Sunday, he got upset. Eventually, the issue was resolved, but it was an unnecessary hassle. The apartment has two bathrooms, which we needed for our group of five. However, when my son tried to take a shower, toilet water started coming out of the shower drain. We cleaned the mess and informed the owner, who said someone would come to fix it, but no one ever did. The problem persisted, with toilet water flooding the floor each time we tried to use the shower. The next day, after returning to the apartment, we found blue water from the toilet all over the place, ruining some of our personal belongings. The owner blamed us for clogging it, which we hadn't done. Additionally, the apartment does not have a terrace or 24-hour security as advertised. We had to leave a day early because the heat was unbearable without air conditioning, and the noise from the street made it impossible to sleep with the windows open. Overall, the host was completely inflexible and unhelpful. Avoid this place at all costs.

Great time in Barcelona 😁

We had a great time, 5 adults...nice space with everything we needed!! Plus very nice touch with Fresh grapes and abottle of champagne to welcome us!!! Check in was easy and Johanna was very sweet and met us right on time!!
