Amazing stay!

We had an amazing stay at this property! Super close to the metro and the center, very clean and spacious. Jordi and Albert were great hosts and very responsive. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Space

This place was perfect to go out and see the city. Its closes tram station was about a 7-10minute walk from the building and was very easy to get around. They provided plenty of towels and made the place nice before we got there! Great stay.

Comfortable stay

We were very pleased with our stay at this property. The owner was so kind and easy to work with. Plenty of space & a washer & dryer! We loved the Aldi/Trader Joe’s next door!

Great Stay In Barcelona

Fantastic Barcelona Apartment!

We loved this apartment! Great neighborhood with grocery stores and restaurants very near by. The apartment was clean and light with a well stocked kitchen for cooking. Highly recommended!!

We felt as we were at home.

Open space, super clean and tastful decoration. Close to the Train Station. Easy access to eveything in tow. I would defenitely stay at this aparment again. The manager/owner were very helpfull on giving me additional information to the area.

Perfect place in Barcelona

This wonderful apartment is in a residential neighborhood that has great access to so much: groceries, restaurants, pastry shops, taxis, buses, etc. While not in a super "touristy" area, it is only 1.2 miles (4 km) mostly flat to Sagrada Familia. The apartment was very well furnished and had both a washer and dryer--important to us after a month of traveling. Beds & pillows really nice and the living area was very comfortable.

Spacious, clean and easy access

This apartment is very spacious. We are family of four and everyone feels so comfortable. It's next to Aldi, bakeries and restaurant. Jordi is easy to communicate. He responds within five minutes.

Les Corts apartment

Five stars in all respects. Spacious, comfortable well appointed and in a good safe location on 5th floor with reliable elevators. Excellent transport links. Busy street but quiet by night. Restaurants bakeries and shops nearby. recommend the small Sunday farmers market in nearby Plaza de la Concordia for cheeses and ham. We would definitely stay in this property again..

Apartment was large and comfortable, 6 adults fit comfortably. Enjoyed the outside balcony. Walking distance to subway with L3 and L5 lines. Elevators and/or stairs to access apartment. Nice neighborhood located near several cafes and supermarkets. We enjoyed our stay.

First time in Barcelona

Bit of a shock to experience big city life in Barcelona living on 5th floor, but apartment was well laid out for for adults. Having buzzer number with our checkin info would have saved time. We did not have a car but used subway to get around. Make sure to buy tix in advance to Sagrada Familia and Park Guell.

Great location, small third room

The apartment is on the fifth floor and very sunny. It is also very convenient, with easy access to the subway. However, we had a senior in our group, and the third room and second bathroom should be more senior-friendly. The second shower and third bedroom are tiny, the rooms have tiny nightstands and very little closet space. The lady who checked us in was in a rush.

Excellent apartment in Les Corts, Barcelona

This property was perfect for our (3 adults) needs. Great communication in advance of our arrival. The host was very accessible via WhatsApp. We had arranged a late (2am check in; for a fee)...but our flight into BCN was delayed by almost 2 hours. GRACIAS to the person who waited for us to arrive at 4am. The apartment was very much as described and had everything we needed for our short visit. We particularly appreciated the air conditioning and the lifts (one of our party is 70+). The washer and dryer were put to good use, too! Excellent location, with a grocery store next door (and a couple of more all within walking distance. Very accessible by transit too (so we didn't have to taxi everywhere). WHEN we return to Barcelona, would be more than happy to stay here again!

Die Unterkunft war für 5 Personen mehr als geeignet. Es war wirklich viel Platz und Komfort geboten. Der Kontakt mit Jordi war über WhatsApp problemlos möglich. Nur die Übergabe der Wohnung verlief auf spanisch, was ein bisschen kompliziert war

In die Jahre gekommen

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen und auch schön aufgeteilt. Die Ausstattung war nicht mehr so gut, da z. B. nicht ausreichend Besteck vorhanden war. Die Bezüge der Stühle waren kaputt oder dreckig. Der Tisch waren seitlich gebrochen. Beim Check in war niemand vor Ort der wenigstens Englisch verstanden hat. Das bedeutet eine Verständigung ging nur auf Spanisch. Der schriftliche Kontakt war jedoch gut. Das kleine Doppelzimmer hat nur ein Fenster zur Küche und nicht nach draußen. Also alles in allem nicht so gut…

Nette Unterkunft, gute Anbindung

Die Wohnung von Jordi ist okay. Sie hat genügend Platz, zwei Bäder und eine Küche. Es ist das allernotwendigeste vorhanden. Wer nächtlichen Autolärm nicht mag, sollte die Wohnung allerdings nicht unbedingt nehmen (wobei das natürlich sehr subjektiv ist). Ansonsten sehr nett. Ein Aldi ist 10m entfernt, ein leckeres Café ungefähr 300m und eine Apotheke gleich nebenan.

Schöne, saubere Wohnung in guter Lage

Es ist ein schönes komfortables Apartment im 5. OG welches mit Fahrstuhl zu erreichen ist. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und alles war ordentlich. Es gab ein sehr gutes WIFI Netz. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und eine U-Bahn Station ist in direkter Nähe. Lebensmittelgeschäfte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung was sehr praktisch ist. Für einen Aufenthalt in Barcelona ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und danken Jordi für die unkomplizierte Abwicklung.

It consists of three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with bathtub.
An expanded living room and dining room. Magnificent terrace and designer kitchen with Smeg appliances and Gaggeneau

There are three double rooms , all with natural light outside , the floor is very sunny , sun in the morning and evening due is a corner .
The dining room is always sunny .
The farm has a doorman and two elevators.
The kitchen : fridge and freezer with icemaker . Microwave, oven 90 cm , fires, teppanyaki , Nespresso machine, Kettle , toaster.

the apartment is rented with towels , bedding .
parking available nearby not included in the price.

The apartment is equipped with TV , ADSL , WIFI.

The nearest metro station is Sants .
Nearby is the mall, Illa , probably the best in Barcelona.
