The elegantly furnished and beautifully appointed 8 Fernhill is part of a luxurious development of apartments in Carbis Bay and boasts specular sea views. Carbis Bay's golden beach is a short walk away; here you can enjoy a variety of water sports or just relax and build a sandcastle or two.

The contemporary open-plan living space comprises a spacious sitting room with cosy seating and a television, a dining area with table seating four guests as well as a fabulous handmade solid wood kitchen which is fully equipped and includes an oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and a coffee machine. The oak flooring ties the space together and the two enormous windows flood the area with light and provide additional comfortable seating where you can sit back and enjoy the breathtaking views of Carbis Bay.

The stunning master bedroom is ideal for lazy mornings and enjoying breakfast in bed in its plush double bed. The second bedroom has two cosy twin single beds and the beautiful family bathroom is fully tiled with a double ended bath, overhead shower, wash basin and WC.

Outside, guests have use of the communal garden and garden furniture. From here, a private path takes you to the charming Carbis Bay beach; slightly uphill from here leads to a variety of restaurants, cafes, a great local fish and chip shop. Wander through the village and catch the train to the famous St Ives; or follow the South West Coast Path and soak in the stunning Cornish coastline. St Ives is full of wonderful galleries and a wonderful selection of eateries.

A well-behaved dog is very welcome at 8 Fernhill, making it ideal for guests wanting to discover the coastline with their canine companions. With direct access to the coast path from the garden, it's easy to head out on foot and enjoy the stunning surroundings. We simply ask that dogs are kept on a lead while in the communal garden to ensure a calm and considerate space for everyone.

8 Fernhill is on the first floor and accessed via one flight of internal stairs.
One small to medium size dog welcome (small additional charge).

Excellent

Clean, tidy all the in house facilities you would need washing machine etc Lovely views close to the beach, although the path down is very steep and for the the most fit.

We loved the stay at 8 Fernhill with its great window seats, super amenities and service. The foot path down to the beach is lovely and very useful so we hardly didn’t need the car.For others that might not be an issue so I am not criticising that, but us all being tall (not big ;)) we would have appreciated bigger and longer beds. Especially the bed in the master bedroom is a bit narrow.The service however has been great, we had one question that had been answered instantly.Thanks again, we’ll recommend you and hopefully come back one day!

A wonderful apartment for our Christmas with family

We loved our stay at 8 Fernhill. What a beautiful apartment. We were very impressed at how well equipped it was, there was everything in the kitchen you could possibly need, even a cocktail shaker! Amazing views across the bay - we especially loved watching the sunrise from the window seats. We loved having the path starting from the garden which was just a short walk down to Carbis Bay beach. A lovely large living area with open kitchen and the bedrooms were cosy with very comfortable beds. A very smart bathroom. Good storage everywhere. The location was ideal and we hope to return again soon.
