Ariel Dunes II

Overall the property was okay. The couch has a piece of plywood under the cushions to keep it from sinking on top of the couch bed. The couch bed seems like it’s just a memory foam mattress topper. The water doesn’t get hot! Property was very clean and had nice amenities. Great location to the beach!

Great Location and View!

We had a great time! Condo was clean and had everything we needed. The view was amazing and it was close and walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed our stay!

Magnificent View

The view is magnificent rain or shine. Condo was very clean with a home felt atmosphere. Convenient to great shopping and groceries. Have stayed in the Dunes before and love it. Condo could use a cookie sheet .

Perfect location

Everything was great! This was our second time staying here. We just love how open the layout is! Also so close to the beach! This was the first time that we were given so much trouble about parking and he parking pass.

This was our very first family vacation and this condo was absolutely perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there with our kiddos. It was just a very short walk to the beach and a very short drive to restaurants and activities.

Perfect Family Home!

we loved our stay at Miramar. the room was awesome, clean, convenient, beautiful views, great kitchen amenities, and extra beach supplies! If you are looking for suggestions, some of the tupperware are missing their lids, and i would DEFINITELY add lamps to the master bedroom and guest room. other than that, this place had everything we could need!!!

Quick Mini Getaway

The rental was very easy. The house was perfect for my family. We were able to have a quick mini getaway while social distancing. My only tiny problem is when I tried to get a hold of management, I did get a response back. My reason for contacting them was not a big deal but, what if it would have been nice if they would have responded. Other than that it was great and we would choose this place again.

Clean and well-equipped; nice view.

I would rent this again but not for eight people, thus my three stars. The sofa sleeper is awful and unsleepable. We had to call and request the DVD player, which was delivered. Otherwise, very nice. The view was enjoyable and you have everything you need. Take checkout time seriously — when we opened the door to leave, the cleaning staff were standing outside the door (a definitely uncomfortable feeling).

We had an enjoyable stay overall. There were two issues, which is why I won’t give 5 stars: there were no sheets for the pullout bed, so we had to split the sheets from another bed. And the first night, the master bathroom toilet wouldn’t stop running. I emailed the company (it was late at night) and called the next morning after receiving no response. The toilet was broken and was eventually repaired. And we did eventually get sheets, as well. Overall a positive stay. Nice view, comfortable amenities. Short walk to the beach.

Relaxing Rental!

This was my first HA rental. The folks at RealJoy really know how to accommodate the renter. I was a bit skeptical, with this being my first time, but the experience was all hassle-free. The condo was completely gorgeous! Every room was a delight to be in. And it was well cleaned. I would definitely rent this property again.

We loved the unit. The only thing I wish was different was the curtains in the master bedroom. It would be nice if they were darker (or room darkening as in the living room and 2nd bedroom) as the sun comes in full blast at 6am, making it difficult to sleep in on vacation. The kitchen is well stocked, the view of the gulf is beautiful and the amenities are really nice. Was nice that you heard very little if anything from your neighbors through the walls. Agents very prompt and pleasant with responses. Really enjoyed our stay!!!

Miramar Beach Stay

We had a great vacation to Miramar Beach. The condo is nicely decorated, super clean, and has an excellent view of the beach. The booking, checking in, and checking out processes were so easy using the online service and app. The Ariel Dunes complex offers many amenities and is closely situated to eateries and the beach. The only letdown was the Seacape HOA's new policy that no longer allows canopies/tents on the beach. There's a security guard on the beach just hawking beachgoers about the new policy. He wasn't very pleasant or lenient in allowing them and even boasting that he's the security guard on duty despite us getting contradicting advice from another guard. This forced us to buy two additional umbrellas to protect the kids or pay the $500 fine.
