Welcome to 2214 Crystal Cove Lane! This luxurious waterfront condo is located in the family-friendly neighborhood of Crystal Cove on the bayside of The Resort. Our three-bedroom, three-bathroom unit features a spacious floor plan, cozy furnishings, and an expansive porch overlooking Crystal Lake. Guests can enjoy the community pool, catch and release fishing, complimentary tram service, and the nearby sugar white sand and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. And with your own 6-seat golf cart, getting around the resort is easier than ever!

In addition to its premier location, our unit offers a fully equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and all the cookware and dinnerware needed to prepare and serve your favorite meal. There is seating for four at the dining table and two at the breakfast bar.
Designed with relaxation in mind, the living area features cozy seating, a queen sleeper sofa and picturesque views of Crystal Lake. From the living area, sliding glass doors lead to a covered patio and furnished back porch overlooking the lake and beautiful resort grounds.

2214 Crystal Cove Lane offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The first guest bedroom offers a plush queen bed and is convenient to a hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo. The second guest bedroom offers two twin beds and an attached bath with a walk-in shower. Lastly, the spacious primary bedroom is furnished with a luxurious king bed and offers access to the back porch and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. For guests’ convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer and high speed WIFI is complimentary.

NOTE: This property has accommodations for up to 8 guests, however, a motion was recently passed by the Crystal Cove HOA limiting the occupancy of a 3 bedroom condo to 7 people. There is no grill with this property.

Beautiful!

Beautiful condo, exactly as described, tucked away in a quiet corner of Sandestin resort. Reliable golf cart. Clean linens. Great view off the back patio! Owners accessible and responsive to needs. Just needs a few more pots and pans and utensils for cooking.

Very clean

Chrystal Cove neighborhood was beautiful, very peaceful and quiet, but a quick golf cart ride away from all the action. The condo was in-line with our budget, as most of sandestin is becoming too over priced for many families. We had an absolute blast riding around in the golf cart for the week! Additionally, the condo was very clean and properly management was very responsive when we had questions Highly recommend this rental!

Beautiful spacious condo

Golf cart was great! Enjoyed the town on the bay and restaurants. Beach was crowded so we had to travel to Fort Walton pier to enjoy the beach and fishing.

My family stays in this area every year. This condo was very clean and the view is gorgeous! My grandson fell in love with the turtles in the pond!

Destin Getaway

The property was nice and as advertised. Had a bit of trouble getting code to work but even at 11pm I was able to reach someone easily and they gave us a temp code for that night. Would def stay here again.

We had a great stay this past week at Crystal Cove. The Beach Blue team sent a detailed set of instructions in advance so we were ready to kick off vacation and knew the scoop with the house and golf cart before we walked through the front door. They were very helpful and easy to reach! The first feedback point we have is that the two non-primary rooms are on either side of the entry at the front and each have a window out - because of the always-on porch lights on the building for security and the rising of the sun, those two rooms our kiddos were in have a lot of light pouring in at all times. We brought suction-cup blackout fabric but I would highly recommend the owners of the unit consider adding blackout curtain panels to both windows. The other feedback point we wanted to share was that all of the mattresses in the unit have gone soft/crunched on the edges and have lost their shape in the middle, leading to a very soft taco. I’m sure the main rental season is tough on units, but it’ll soon be time for mattresses to be replaced. Those aside, the unit is in great shape as was the golf cart. We had a fun-filled stay and had a blast golf carting around to the beach, pool, and Baytown.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit needs work. It was dusty. The sofa needed to be cleaned. We had to was the sheets. They had little bugs on them. The oven was dirty. We couldn't get the dishwssher to work.
