Let start positive. Fantastic location, it doesn't get much better. That's it, the rest not great. The floor had just been washed but most other area where dirty especially the bedding, clean sheets but dirty blankets. Also why such short beds? If you are above 180cm you might as well forget it because that's the length of the beds. The showers are extremely small, by the way I am a small man and not overweight, the hot water is HOT, scalding hot and it can not be turned down. The general furnishing its past it's best and need a revamp. We stayed for 5 weeks and had to go to the office to get clean bed sheets. Beautiful induction hob that was a pleasure to use and yet a camping kettel for 2 cups so you had to boil it twice.The oven wasn't working and it took 12 days to get sorted.the apartment It's ment to be for 4 people but there wasn't any matching drinking glasses or tea mugs, just a mismatch of all sort when we complained they brought us 6 tumblers, do they think that people drink only water? We bought our own wine glasses in the fantastic supermarket just round the corner. Why no dishwasher, this is 2026 not 1976.A lot of it is because of bad management, it wouldn't take much to improve it.Would I go back? Yes for the position and no because of the shortcomings

Great location but bad customer service

Pros: The apartment is well located as listed in vrbo Great view over the beach The Property Management offered us an early check in Cons We waited over 45 minutes to get the key, although we advised them about the arrival time. The agent who met us to give us the key was very rushed (he spent no more than 2 minutes with us), he didn’t offer us a house tour and when I asked him about the garage door (it was at the back of the building) he refused, he said he has another guest to meet. We had to spend another 30 minutes to find the garage door. The towels had a bad smell of molds. The shampoo and the body wash were sufficient for only 1 use (the stay was 4 days) To get the Wi-Fi we were asked to pay 20 Euro a day and it was not mentioned anywhere (pure scam). The door of the garage was not willing to open, when we tried calling and texting the management they were not responding, after a moment we got an answer from them “please wait for another guest to open the garage so you can get an access.”

Dear Amal, the apartment is fantastic. You arrived before chichi in time so you have to wait (20 minutes not 45). And the check guy show to you the house and the parking he show the entrance. But the last guest not follow instructions and follow a car so the conserve was to reconfigurated the beep. the kit are a welcoming not for all the stay this is not a hotel. And towels coming from laundry cannot small bad.Wifi is with extra charge. Best

El piso está muy bien. Las vistas son maravillosas y la ubicación estupenda. Está reformado. La limpieza es horrible. Dedicamos el primer dia a limpiar porque todo estaba pegajoso. En el anuncio ponía wifi disponible, pero nos hicieron pagarlo aparte. La piscina está muy bien y limpisima y el conserje es muy diligente. El portal y los ascensores viejisimos. En general una vez limpio, muy bien

Het verblijf was goed, maar de inrichting was ver beneden MaatsVieze vlekken in de stoelen en bank vaak een verschotenPannen die niet werkte op een inductie plaat (we moesten niet kagen want andere gasten hadden ook geen last gehad)5 handdoeken was echt niet voldoendeGeen verschoning voor beddengoedBestalen voor internetGeen schoonmaakNiet reageren op mailsWasmachines die alleen kookwas draaide(temp niet in te stellen) uitzicht en de bedden waren goed. Ook een minpunt is dat er geen oplaadpunt is voor een scootmobiel in de garage.

First time Here

We have stayed in Torre Principado previously. This apartment was also good. Spacious, bright and comfortable. Shower unit worked well but a little tight. We really did no catering, so was good enough for us. Electric blinds which were very good

One of the best apartments on Levate beach

Although there was only 2 of us this would easily suit 2 couples. Everything supplied for self catering but lots of restaurants around. The apartment is 21A for the locator form has Wi Fi and great views. We would book again and highly recommend and our host was always in contact if we needed anything.
