beach and pool. Spacious house. Service, the garage was shown on photo but they said it was optional and had to deposit 50euros for the key.

Beautiful Villa, great location

A beautiful, well presented villa in a great location. Ideal for large families or mixed groups. The location is ideal, right on the beach, 1 minute walk from nearest shop, and a very comfortable walking distance to the Port. Villa was clean and nicely furnished, though for the size of the villa/number of guests, more cleaning products, soaps etc be beneficial to last the duration of stay. Overall a very positive experience and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent villa!

PROS: This house met our three basic requirements: clean, comfortable mattresses, and quiet at night. The communication process was also easy,and because they didn’t have anyone in the house the day of check-in, we were able to check-in early, which was very nice. The hard floors made the bluetooth speaker tower sound great! CONS: The annoyance factors were no trash cans in any of the bathrooms or bedrooms, and no wash cloths at all - white or dark. Had to use a small towel in the shower. For the price range, these things should not occur.

Locked out

I couldn’t open the door to the property. The management group gave me no emergency number to call and recommended sending an email for maintenance emergencies. I emailed maintenance, housekeeping, and the main office but never heard back. Finally, I called VRBO to see if they had an after-hours contact number, and they did not. They canceled my reservation. From the outside, the house looked nice. Location was great. It appears that the pool was not filled, which was a primary reason for renting that property.

Thank you very much, we do not understand your comments very well, on April 20 we sent you the travel documents and the key collection information and all the contact numbers to request information. At any moment we canceled your reservation and also informed you that we have confirmed it. On 04/30, when our cleaning team arrived, they informed us that no one had entered and we wrote to them asking if something had happened because they did not come to the villa and we are still waiting for a response. Wonderful villa on the beachfront

We loved the location and the accommodation which was spacious and beautiful. There are lots of places to sit individually or as a group. It's great to have a shower right by the way in from the pool or beach. The beach is lovely. We loved the promenade. The pool is small and rather cool in October, the sea was warmer and so close! Unfortunately our daughter fell ill after swimming in the sea the day after heavy rain. Porto Pollença is an excellent base for bird watching, cycling, walking, wonderful restaurants. We loved our holiday. It's sad that Ca'an Silver will be for 4 persons only. It suited us so well for a family holiday. The floors had not been swept clean when we arrived. The cleaners came on Tuesday but still did not sweep the floors. We thought there should have been a mat by the front door to clean shoes. We found using the cooker very challenging. We needed instructions!

perfect location, beautiful house what needs to fix sanitary issues soon

we are there the second time cause the house when you just walk trough is beautiful, spacious, and located perfect. the view is stunning. waking up in the masterbedroom is just a dream. also the little backyard is sweet and the pool was nice for the kids. kitchen is also nice and there is everything you need. unfortunately the problems are exactly the same s they were two years before. we were then your first customer after they built the house. so we understood that there were little issues. now, 2 years later, we dont understand how it couldn't be fixed in time. althoug problems with water will destroy the house and the humidity is bad for the buildig and „Schimmel“ (dont know the word in english) must be everyhwere. when you fill the bathtub for the kids, water comes down to the bathroom in the kitchen. when you take a longer shower (i had to shower all the upstairs in the small bath, water comes down direct over the kitchen where you cook! and you still cant lock the terrace facing the beach - what made me insecure cause we were been robbed once in mallorca. if there is a possibility to fix these things, we will come back for sure! if not... we habe to find a new place in paradise cause we are concerned about humidity and security. but really. the house is beautiful and stuff very friendly!

El proceso online muy simple. La casa en perfectas condiciones tal y como muestran las fotos. El servicio funcionó perfectamente. Quizá un WhatsApp de contacto una vez estás en la vivienda.
