GREAT!

We booked the unit the day before arrival and Gabriella was very welcoming and responsive. The unit is as advertised, in a great location, especially if you are in town for the car factory tours. She even noticed it was my birthday on the passport and gave me a nice gift. I highly recommend Gabriella and this unit.

It is not a 5 star expensive hotel, but we will still give this charming apartment in Pozza 5 stars. One for the great spaciousness of the apartment One for the style of the apartment One for the city's welcoming inhabitants One for the ice cream parlor on the opposite side of the street And finally one for the amazing hostess and her enormous kindness

Excellent value for your money

Gabriella is an excellent host and supported us in the best way possible. Even though she speaks only Italian, we had no problems communicating via App :-) The apartment is well equipped and perfectly located to explore the Emiglia Romagna. We had a wonderful stay there, felt welcome and can strongly recommend this lovely apartment in Maranello. Grazie mille Gabriella!

Nice place

This property is spacious for the price and has A/C, which was a must in the summer in Italy. The building is older, so you can't have the oven run at the same time as the A/C, for example. The laundry is in the building but not in the unit, it is a laudromat- style coin laundry on the first floor. We were able to park our car for free right out in front of the building and this property had good proximity to the Ferrari museum and grocery stores (if you have a car). The host was friendly and accomodating. We would stay here again!

Great Location and great hosts

My Nephew and I rented the apartment for 21 days. We did not have a car but We enjoyed that we could walk to so many locations. 2 markets and a fresh fruit and vegetables store with in a short walk. We found a couple of great pastry places across the street from the apartment and one that does exceptionally good Gelato. They make it fresh each day along with many pastries. We also found a local coffee shop that was open at 5am - 11pm. They had pastries they made, pizza and sandwiches. A very nice and friendly place. The folks we meet tried hard to speak English and we would use an app to translate and got along just fine. There was a local bus that would take you into Maranello and the tickets could be purchased at a tobacco shop/coffee bar near the stop. Cost was only 1.30 Euros for a one way ticket good for 70 min. Gabriella and her husband were very kind and helpful with any questions and issues we couldn’t figure out ourselves. I would highly recommend the place to visit again. I would love to come next year if I am able. I have meet some very nice friends and we were able to get around without a car.

Una buona settimana a Pozzs

Abbiamo avuto una buona settimana li. Appartamento con tutte le cose neccessarie. Pero era un pi rumoroso,perche dirrettamente alla strada a Maranello. Gabriella era veramente gentile.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit einer sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieterin.

Ich kann die Wohnung als idealen Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in die Umgebung nur empfehlen. Man ist in kurzer Zeit überall dort, wofür man in diese Region reist.

2. Bei dem besenreinen Verlassen (Reinigung wird ja auch zusätzlich berechnet) der Wohnung ging die Meinung auseinander. Hier hat die Vermieterin eine andere Meinung, was uns uns sehr(!) unfreundlich per Whattsapp mitgeteilt wurde. Die Reinigung wurde uns als "zusätzliche Gebühr" für den Aufenthalt unserer <1Jahr alte Tochter in Rechnung gestellt.

Von Maranello aus sind Bologna, Ferrara, Pharma und viele andere Orte bequem zu erkunden.

Nach anfänglichen Problemen mit der Schlüsseluebergabe ist alles andere problemlos gelaufen. Sprachprobleme lassen sich heute ja einfach über die modernen Medien, (Uebersetzungsprogramme) übergehen. Die Wohnung liegt zwar direkt an einer gut befahrenen Straße, aber die Nachtruhe war trotzdem kein Problem. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber, hell und verfügt über sehr hohe Decken was sehr angenehm war. Die Einrichtung modern, gute Betten und für 4 Personen auch ausreichend ausgestattet. Sehr schön auch die themenbezogene Dekoration. Alles dreht sich in Maranello um Ferrari und das spiegelt sich in vielen, persönlichen Dekogegenstaenden wieder. Wir haben uns dort Anfang September 2022 sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Très bel appartement situé à Maranello, proche des usines Ferrari. Bien équipé et spacieux, cet appartement est très bien placé pour visiter la région, proche de Bologne, Parme, Modène et Sassuolo. Les Apenins sont à quelques kilomètres pour les balades en montagne. Le Parmegiano, l'Aceite di Modena et le Prosciuto di Parma vous attendent chez les nombreux producteurs. Petit bémol, la rue est passante en journée mais les nuits sont calmes.

Pour les amoureux de belles voitures

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. L'appartement est grand, lumineux et décoré sur le thème Ferrari bien qu'un peu bruyant car près d'une route passante. Gabriella nous a très bien accueillis et renseignés quand nous avions besoin d'informations. Idéalement situé pour visiter les musées automobiles aux alentours. Nous le recommandons.

Nette Vermieter, immer wieder gern.

Man/frau spricht nur italienisch, ist aber mit Übersetzer kein Problem. Hat alles super und reibungslos geklappt. Es war alles vorhanden, was für eine Familie wichtig ist. Für 2 Paare oder 2 Personen geeignet. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel kann ich nicht beurteilen, da ich keine gebraucht habe. In der Nähe sind alle wichtigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Wer genug Geld mitbringt, kann in unmittelbarer Umgebung richtig gut essen. Kleine Bars fußläufig zu erreichen. Von dort aus lohnt sich ein Ausflug in die Berge, Restaurants sollten vorbestellt werden, da man/frau sonst vielleicht keinen Tisch bekommt. Montags ist es schwer ein Restaurant zu finden. Gerne wieder.

Great place in Maranello

This apartment is very close to the Ferrari Museum and Factory. It was also very clean and well kept. Our stay was very comfortable and Gabriela was very attentive to all our needs. She was also extremely helpful helping us find great places to eat. There are several restaurants within walking distance. We definitely will be staying here I’d we visit Maranello again.
