Cozy country house for 4 people in Mancor de la Vall. It offers a private toy pool and really nice mountain views.
The outdoor spaces of this house are really special because of the fantastics spots where guests can relax, as well as a wild terrain full of trees that surrounds a lovely private toy pool. It is a chlorine pool and it sizes 5 x 3 m and has a depth of 1.3 m, which is just ideal to cool off meanwhile you relish on the tranquility and a precious mountainous landscape. And, surrounding, you have four sun beds to make the most of the sun. Then you can have a shower at the outdoor shower, make a tasty barbecue, eat outside under the covered porch or at the terrace sitted on the first floor or even spend the afternoon besides a glass of wine in the chill-out zone. The plot is fenced and there are neighbours.

The property is a two-storey house, although all the rooms are distributed on the first floor. On that floor, there is a quintessential living-dining room, with A/C, perfect to watch satellite TV while you sit on the sofas or even when you eat all together. The kitchen is also right there behind a little bar and it offers a ceramic cooktop. Then, there are two bedrooms with a double bed and one fan; one of those two dormitories has a wardrobe and the other one has a clothes rack. Finally, there is a unique bathroom in the entire house and it has a bathtub. On the ground floor there is merely the laundry, which has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

Mancor de la Vall is a village that is situated at the foot of Sierra de Tramuntana, ideal for those people who look for nature, as there are a lot of hiking trails for excursions on foot or by bicycle such as the one that takes you to Santa Llúcia, to Lluc, to Ses Fonts Ufanes or to the legendary Cuevas de Campanet. In Mancor de la Vall, there are many good bars and restaurants, a grocery store, a bakery and a pharmacy. You can also have more facilities in Inca, a city that is less than 5 km away from Mancor de la Vall, and where every Thursday there takes place its typical street-market. And if your desire is to go to the beach, the nearest one is only at 32 km away, the idyllic beach of Puerto de Alcúdia.

El lugar estaba muy limpio y la propiedad es muy agradable y espaciosa. El ambiente del apartamento es acogedor y agradable. Sin embargo, hubo algunos problemas con las aguas residuales en el baño y la cocina, lo que fue muy inconveniente, ya que el agua se drenaba lentamente. La piscina podría haber estado más limpia. Otra desventaja fue que solo había un paño de cocina y no había bolsas de basura. Previa solicitud, se nos informó de que esto no estaba incluido en el precio, lo que es inusual. Además, era muy ruidoso por la noche debido a los muchos animales de la zona, como burros, pavos reales, pollos y gallos.

Quedamos satisfechos con la estancia. Tenía todo lo que necesitas. Fue una lástima que tuvieras que organizar el papel higiénico y tirar la basura tú mismo. The whole experience was brilliant.

The whole experience was brilliant. Homerti, the company that managed the property were communicating with us from the time of booking. They sent really useful info prior to our arrival & on the day of arrival we received the key box code to enter the property. The property itself was fantastic, better in real life, it was really beautiful, set in stunning surroundings, within an olive grove on the edge of a wonderful village. We knew the area, which helped & had a hire car, which you would need if you want to explore the rest of the island. If you are after a charming rustic villa, in a tranquil rural location, then Cas Roig is perfect.

We would 100% stay here again.

We loved everything about our 4 day stay in this home. The location on the island is great, not far from the large town of Inca and 10 min to the main motorway which gets you everywhere. It was very quiet and pretty private which is exactly what we wanted, next to a quiet road about 10 min walk from Mancor De la Vall, I would say you would need a car to stay here. The grounds are beautiful, large and full of olive trees, lemon trees and beautiful flowers. The pool is deep and perfect for a cooling dip in the heat, and theres multiple areas to sit in the sun or shade, depending on the time of day. The house itself is lovely, clean, comfy, nicely decorated and with most things you'll need, kitchen's small with no oven but otherwise great, we spent most of our time out on the top patio relaxing in the sun during the day or having a glass of wine and listening to the owls and other nature at night. In summary - beautiful, quiet and very relaxing, we would 100% stay here again.

Ein ganz wunderbarer Urlaub. Das Haus haben wir in genau dem Zustand vorgefunden, wie auf Fotos zu sehen und in der Beschreibung dargestellt. Ein Riesengrundstück mit Apfelsinen, Zitronen, Kaki und Oliven erlaubte hervorragende Entspannung. Die Matratzen waren super und der Wein als Willkommensgeschenk ebenfalls ! Die Kaution wurde fristgerecht zurückgezahlt und es bestand die Möglichkeit der Betreuung vor Ort ( die wir aber nicht in Anspruch genommen haben). Vielen Dank !

Haus mit tollem Ausblick

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Es gab ein paar kleiner Mängel, die aber sofort behoben wurden. Bei kühleren Temperaturen, wird es leider auch im Haus schnell frisch, es gibt aber eine kleine Elektroheizung. Die Terasse mit dem Ausblick haben wir viel und gerne genutzt, in den Betten prima geschlafen.

parfait pour nos vacances d'une semaine Belle maison lumineuse, beaucoup d'espace à l'extérieur, des tables et chaises un peu partout. Bcp d'espace de rangement pour les affaire plage et autres. Nous avons passé plus de temps dehors que dedans (à part pour dormir). Dans les 2 chambres très peu de possibilités de rangement pour les affaires (manque d'un étagère par ex;). Cuisine assez petite, mais tout ça n'est pas un problème pendant les vacances.

Een heerlijk weekje nazomeren in oktober. Een perfect huis om even samen tot rust te komen. Het zwembad was zelfs in oktober geweldig en onze kleine van 1 heeft er ook van genoten!

Tolle Finca- Ideal für Falilien

Wir (2Erw. 2 Kinder 2 und 5 Jahre alt) haben uns sehr wohl in der Finca gefühlt. Die Tersasse ist wunderbar und lädt direkt zum Essen und trinken ein. Für zwei Pärchen eher ungeeignet, wegen Schiebetür am Bad. Der Ort selbst ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, hat ca 4 Restaurants und einen Spielplatz.

Zum Glück haben wir trotz steigender Coronazahlen auf der Insel diese tolle Unterkunft gebucht. Die Infos vor und rundum unserer Reise waren super informativ und haben die Anreise sehr entspannt gemacht. Der Check-In war unkompliziert über die Schlüsselbox möglich. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig und dennoch sind es nur ein paar Minuten bis Inca zum Einkaufen (LIDL/ALDI). Im Haus war alles für uns (2 Erwachsene/2 Kinder) vorhanden. Der Pool war sehr schön und auch die Grillstelle ist einladend. Dazu hilft die Klimaanlage bei den Temperaturen ungemein. Das war super. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier Urlaub machen und können dieses Ferienhaus auch aufgrund Preis/Leistung weiterempfehlen.
