Location, fantastic! 5 minutes walking distance to supermarket, pharmacie,beach, restaurants, coffee, bars. Very safe location. EXCELLENT communicationwith the person who is in charge of renting the condo. 7th floor magnific viewfrom the terrace and very comfortable i.e. table and chairs on the balcony.Thank you Sandra & Neil.

Great apartment

Everything is in very good condition, with everything you need to spend a great vacation. Wonderful views. Close to the beach and with all the comforts. Highly recommended.

Excellent! location 5 minutes walking distance to supermarket, pharmacie, restaurants, bars, beach, buses. Excellent view (7th floor) from the balcony with very confortable furniture. Excellent communication between the person in charge of renting the condo. Nice design in the condo, full equipped. Thank you Sandra & Neil.

Cozy apartment with sea view.

Beautiful apartment, great location! The apartment is located close to the beach, restaurants, Mercadona just a short walk. The apartment was very clean, the cleanest rental I’ve been so far. The host was very welcoming and explained everything upon arrival. We enjoyed our two weeks stay.

Een fantastisch appratement met een geweldig uitzicht. Alle comfort aanwezigz zelfs wasmachine en vaatwasser, nederlandse tv, goed werkende wifi. Super lokatie. Wandeling naar de haven goed te doen. Supermarkten, restaurants en bars volop in de directe omgeving. Ik ging zelf iedere ochtend heerlijke broodjes halen bij de Mercadona (600 meter). Kom hier graag ooit terug.

Vi har haft 4 1/2 uger i denne fantastiske lejlighed. Vi har haft en helt vidunderlig ferie med omkring de 30 grader hver dag. Og vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage en gang. Kan absolut anbefales. Kontakten til Sandra og Neil har været i top - lynhurtige svar hver gang der var brug for det. og intet har været umuligt at de kunne ordne. - så stort tak til dem.

In een woord geweldig appartement

Het verblijf was top! Precies zoals omschreven. Er was water bij aankomst in de koelkast en we mochten gebruik maken van alle spullen. Speelgoed voor de kinderen voor op het strand. Strand bedjes. Als ik dan 1 minpunt moet opnoemen is het dat 1 matras heel hard lag. Maar dat ontneemt niet de pret. Inchecken en contact met beheerders was super! Sandra reageerde snel en correct en Neil heeft het ons allemaal goed uitgelegd. Zwembad correct, buurt rustig. Je zit snel op het strand. Kortom wij hebben echt genoten!

godt indrettet lejlighed med fin hav udsigt. ejendom med mange fastboende ældre lokale. Stor fordel med P plads hvis du lejer bil. Tæt på strand men overhovedet ingen støj. Svimming pool med sen adgang (fra kl. 11). Aircon kan ikke anvendes hvis man sidder på altan.

Très belle appartement

Malgré un immeuble qui aurait besoin d'un petit rafraichissement et quelques travaux .L'appartement est conforme aux photos très agréable ,fonctionnelle et très propre .Suite parental spacieuse ,grande salle de bain . La seconde chambre est spacieuse convient très bien pour les jeunes ados ou pour des enfants .La seconde salle de bain un peu plus petite mais fonctionnel . Malheureusement on ne peut pas profiter du balcon si la clim est en route l'appareil chauffe trop il fait trop chaud . De temps en temps quelque odeur d'égout dans l'appartement qui vienne de la petite salle de bain ou de la pièce fermée mais pas très dérangent. Dans l'annonce il est précisé jardin privative avec mobilier de jardin et chaise longue se qui n'est pas le cas .Par contre un jardin communal très bien entretenu et très propre de même pour la piscine . Un immeuble tranquille pas de bruit . L'appartement est très bien situé on a tout se qui faut à coté , la plage et les restaurants .Les 3 kilomètres pour aller au port sont très agréable à faire à pied quand on longe le bord de mer .

El piso es estupendo y muy limpio .Hay de todo muchas cosas nuevas en la cocina y la vista esplendida. Lo unico que si vienes en coche las plazas de aparcamiento son muy dificiles de encontrar tanto en la residencia que en las afueras en el periodo estival. Pero repetiremos sin duda y sin coche.

A beautiful gem!

From the moment we walked into the lovely condo we knew we had what we were hoping for. We were able to stay 10 of our 21 days 7 of these days we were in mandatory isolation We had everything we needed including a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea from our spacious balcony. The condo is tastefully decorated and we wanted for nothing. Sandra our host was quick to respond to our questions and she kept us informed. We would loved to have explored Costal del Sol.... next time!

I can only recommend the apartment to other. We enjoyed our stay 100% and hope to come back another time. Nice apartment og the terrasse was nice and making food at the electric grill super. The garden and pool cosy and nice. We enjoyed to stay there together with the people, who lived there permanent.
