Let’s end on a positive

The accessibility to this property is 3 flights of stairs and a lift ! So 37steps and a lift otherwise you have 57 straits to go to the pool area is 100 meters and more stairs 27steps, It’s north facing so in constant shade! If you can manage these then it’s a beautiful apartment has everything you need. I couldn’t find any fault with the Appartment. It’s home from home

great in Gran Canaria

Apartment was very nice, clean, quiet and peaceful, comfortable and well decorated. It was equipped with all we could have needed or required, a credit to the apartment owner. Small suggestion - perhaps 2 more comfortable seats on the balcony, which had a pleasant view over the valley, would have been appreciated as it was a super place to relax. Pool and surrounding area was clean and well equipped with loungers and book shelf! Pleased to have the lift up to the apartment as there were more stairs than we expected - great if you are trying to get fit! It was not too much of a problem though. Apartment close to some excellent restaurants, particularly the Guanche. Local taxi service, if needed, seemed very efficient, supermarket also within walking distance. Parking outside the the flat was good if you have a hire car. Not too far from Puerto Rico beach area, local marina, cafes and bars, also the new Mogan Mall shopping centre. Could not fault this apartment - really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

My stay in Gran Canaria

Excellent vacation. Good location. Many things to do. Prices are great. Only recommendation is if you have lung or walking problems it is not a good environment. For me there were too many hills and steps.
