Location, Location, Location

The apartment is in the pedestrian center of the city near the Place de la Comédie. We walked almost everywhere, as many of the tourist attractions, restaurants, and shopping are nearby. There is some street noise, but we like a lively atmosphere. Also, the shutters help in the front bedroom, and there is a quieter rear bedroom. The hosts were very responsive.

Location! Location! Location!

This property is ideally located. Right in the middle of everything. The owner and his son were very responsive, professional and genuinely nice people. The only reason I didn’t rate the it higher is because we had a little problem. That said, the response was immediate In spite of that, I highly recommend this property as a great place to stay.

FANTASTIC location in the heart of the city.

Spacious apartment walking distance to everything. food, shopping, trams, etc... well equipped for the most part. More shelves or dressers would be very helpful as well as a toaster oven but overall a very nice place to hang out when visiting Montpellier. We will do so again on our next trip

Best location

Can’t beat the location. Spacious apartment with a view to Place Jean Jaurès, close to literally everything. Hidden gem: Tintin store down the street. No elevator but the apartment is on the first floor. Owners are very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

City Center great location

Great place. Comfortable for 3 easily could sleep more. Great location! Faces a busy street and could be noisy but we didn’t mind. Added to the charm. Lots and lots of shopping and cafes nearby. Cannot get bored here! Great city! The owner was very prompt with responses. Easy check in and out. Would stay again if I’m ever here again!

Magical Month in Montpellier

The apartment is ideally located for exploring Montpellier and environs on foot, by tram or train. It was more spacious than anticipated. The bedrooms are large and there is ample entertainment space with lots of natural light. The apartment was adequately furnished and well equipped with everything in working order. We had one problem with the TV system and the owner was with us within 15 minutes of our call to sort it out. It was extremely convenient to have a parking space for the period we had a rental car. Other reviewers have mentioned the noise. The apartment is in the heart of a youthful city. My guests and I (all in our 60's/70's) enjoyed the vibe of the bustling restaurant and night life taking place right outside the windows, and soon managed to sleep through the noise, but this is not a quiet place to stay. Supermarkets, independent food markets, shops of all descriptions and a variety of restaurants are within easy walking distance of the apartment, as are most of the sightseeing spots for which Montpellier is known. I enjoyed a wonderful month in Montpellier and I was very happy with my choice of accommodation.

Die Wohnung ist absichtlich betrügerisch falsch beschrieben: Die Wohnung liegt in der Fußgängerzone, man kann nicht mit dem Auto hinfahren. Der Parkplatz ist ein öffentliches Parkhaus, 300m entfernt, nur 1,85m hoch mit Dachbox (1,9m hoch) konnten wir es nicht benutzen. Deshalb konnten wir die Wohnung nicht benutzen. Unser Geld haben wir nicht zurückbekommen. Betrug!

Super séjour!

Appartement idéalement placé et très spacieux. Tres bien équipé avec tout ce dont on a besoin et meme qq équipements pour bébé , ce qui est très appréciable et un plus quand on vient de l’étranger. Très bon contact avec Stéphane qui est très aimable, arrangeant et à l’écoute . J’ai passé un séjour très agréable avec mes 2 enfants, merci!

Bon contact avec le propriétaire, pas de mauvaise surprise, fidèle à la description, l'appartement est très bien situé en plein centre, une chambre donne sur la place donc il faut prévoir des bouchons d'oreille. ( le jeudi soir ) Impeccable pour 4 adultes , avec 2 salles de bain, pratique, lumineux, spacieux . Nous reviendrons !

Unbeatable!

I had a simply wonderful stay (about 6 weeks) in this well appointed, comfortable apartment in a lovely building in Montpellier. Unbeatable location in the city center, with public transportation, groceries, restaurants, gelateria, shops all so easily accessible. The owner was professional and prompt in responding to messages. I recommend this property unreservedly and would most definitely stay here again!

Bon séjour dans l'ensemble

Le séjour s'est globalement bien passé. L'appartement étant situé non loin de l'établissement dans lequel nous passions notre examen et disposant de 2 SdB, il répondait à nos critères de base. Toutefois, il est davantage étudié pour une famille de 5 personnes que pour 7 adultes. Nous avons amené des matelas gonflables pour avoir chacun un couchage et avons apprécié les draps supplémentaires mis à disposition. Le ménage était plutôt moyen en arrivant (des moutons derrière du mobilier qui n'est vraisemblablement pas souvent déplacé), nous en avons fait part au propriétaire, lors du check-out, qui a certainement pris ses dispositions auprès de la femme de ménage. Concernant le parking, même si ce dernier est indiqué dans l'annonce (et le titre), il faut cependant préciser au moment de la réservation s'il est utile afin d'éviter toute déconvenue. L'appartement se situant sur une place piétonne, il a les avantages et les inconvénients de sa situation concernant le bruit mais nous en étions déjà au fait via les autres commentaires. Malgré tout, cette réservation aura permis au groupe que nous étions de se réunir et passer de bons moments, nous aidant ainsi à contrebalancer le stress des épreuves et c'est ce que nous retenons de ce séjour! 😉

Un port d'attache parfait pour un court séjour de découverte de la ville

Idéalement situé en plein centre de Montpellier, cet appartement récemment rénové est parfait pour découvrir la ville. A l'intérieur, tout y est très fonctionnel et propre. Le triple vitrage permet d'atténuer grandement le bruit extérieur important car nous sommes vraiment au milieu des restaurants et de l'activité nocturne. Une place de parking (incluse dans la location) dans un parking public proche (100m) évite tout casse-tête de stationnement. Le contact avec le propriétaire a été très fluide et il a répondu à toutes nos questions / demandes.

Best Location In Centre Ville

Arrival AND departure were flexible and very helpful. My 75-yr-old husband especially appreciated help with the luggage. Wi-fi instructions were available. I suggest laundry suggestions and temperature mechanics instructions, too. But our days were sunny and warm and we were able to use the lovely, lovely apartment to best advantage. We sure appreciated that first carton of coffee (which we replaced) and many other niceties. As per other reviewers, the square is lively 24/7 but our vacation worked out nearly perfectly for us.

Très bien placé mais...

Apt très bien placé, agréable mais malheureusement un peu gâché par le manque de propreté et d’entretien de celui-ci . En effet vaisselle sale, placard et plan de travail poisseux...poussière pas faite, sanitaire pas top...évacuation de l’eau difficile dans la douche... protège matelas taché...etc et il manque également quelques produits de base essentiels comme sel, poivre, huile et vinaigre, produit vaisselle....pour une location à ce prix là c’est dommage !
