Very peaceful clean the decking area is lovely my autistic son loved playing outside and the park was right behind us we had a fantastic day and definitely be going back

Disappointing due to several significant maintenance and cleanliness issues.

Heating: The most significant issue was the inadequate heating. Despite adjusting the thermostat, the living room temperature struggled to reach 16C, making it uncomfortably cold throughout our stay.Cleanliness: The sofa was covered in white dog hair, which was only noticeable after it transferred onto our clothing. This clearly indicates a lack of thorough cleaning prior to our arrival. The toilet and bathroom had an unpleasant odor, which was exacerbated by the overpowering smell of the cleaning chemicals used.Kitchen: The oven was completely unusable. Although it appeared to turn on, it failed to reach a usable cooking temperature. This meant we were unable to cook any meals during our stay. We also experienced a water leak from the ceiling in the kitchen area.Amenities: It's important to note that this property does not provide several basic amenities. Guests should be aware that they need to bring their own: bed linen, towels, tea towels, washing up liquid, dishcloth/sponge, bin bags, toilet rolls, tea, coffee, and sugar. Some of these are available for an additional charge. The property also does not have Wi-Fi, though we found the phone signal on the site to be acceptable.Host/Management Response: We contacted the host on our second day regarding the heating, cleanliness, and oven issues. As it was a Sunday, we received no immediate response. Due to the severity of the problems, we decided to leave early.

Perfect location

Caravan not really as in pictures very dated and needs some repair communication with 2c holidays was 100% can’t fault them Great location felt very safe on site

Won't go there again..

I found it very boring after the 2nd day with the children they got very bored as there wasn't that much to do.. there was no where to wash any bed covers so I was charged £50 not the best holiday iv had by far

Nice stay but not much to do in Lowestoft.

Was only a short break with a couple of friends and dogs. Good coastal location but lack of things to do in local area (pubs, restaurants etc) We went to Soutwold for the day which a lovely place we all really liked and only 20 mins down the road. Caravan itself is a bit dated and wasn’t particularly clean. Beds uncomfortable and sofa is broken so can’t sit on it very comfortably. The plates were also still dirty when we arrived which should have been checked by cleaner especially with COVID present. Wasn’t the end of the world we just washed them up and carried on. Curtain are torn in places and cobwebs everywhere. Decking area was pleasant enough and got sun all day but again is wobbly and could do with a fresh lick of paint and probably fixing in parts. Holiday park itself looks like it’s getting some form of refurbishment/expansion but we didn’t spend a lot of time there in all honesty. All in all a pleasant enough caravan that didn’t break the bank and got us away for a couple days but would have been nicer in a better location and also if it was cleaner and more up to date with 2020.
