Fantastic location

The apartment is very well equiped and in a great location to explore Funchal, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony enjoying the views.

5-star stay in Funchal

We can’t say enough great things about this apartment. The host was communicative and accommodated us dropping our bags off before check in. The location could not be better, it is right near the water with several restaurants nearby. We would recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Funchal!

Heart of city

Great, centralized location. Minutes from great dining, Old Town and a grocery store. Lovely view from balcony of water and mountains. Condo had a well stocked kitchen and bed was very comfortable. Large bathroom. Also underground parking, if needed. Only complaint was nightclub across the way playing music, sometimes until 4am. Given there is no air conditioning, this could be problematic in the summer months.

Highly recommend this apartment!

We had an extremely comfortable 3 week stay at this lovely property. The location was amazing - close to downtown funchal, the waterfront promenade, buses etc. The apartment itself was beautiful - it was even larger than the photos, the bathroom was nicely upgraded and it was very neat and clean. There were other nice touches such as a fancy coffee maker and a laundry machine. The patio/view was amazing. Carlos made the check-in process very easy and was always available to help with anything - he went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay and was so welcoming and kind! Thank you for an excellent stay!

Comfortable appartment

We loved our stay in this appartment. Carlos is very friendly and helped us when needed. The appartment is spacious and the sofa very comfortable. Nice to be close to the harbour. Yes the traffic is noisy but at night we closed the windows and then is perfectly fine. We loved the 2 fans!

Walking distance to everything, City sounds.

We are very pleased with the location and ease of check in. Without A/C the windows need to be open to allow airflow, but also invites the city sounds of traffic and the like. Our host Carlos was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Hope to be back again soon, thank you Carlos.

Downtown Gem

The first thing that strikes you about this apartment is how much you feel at home. The balcony is a charm and a lovely place to relax or work. Sure, there is some noise from the street but this is to be expected to be in the heart of Funchal. The location is so convenient, close to buses that run throughout the Island, a supermarket, the marina, the theatre, the shops, the cathedral and all the restaurants you could want. Most definitely will be back.

Flott leilighet.

Veldig fin og trivelig leilighet. Den er romslig og badet var helt nytt. Vi har hatt 14 fantastiske dager her. Det eneste å sette fingeren på er trafikkstøy, spesielt ute på terrassen, men vil man bo så sentralt i Funchal er det noe man må regne med. Bortsett fra det får leiligheten toppscore.

Appartement au cœur de Funchal

L appartement est très grand et bien équipé. Il y a une terrasse qui donne vue sur la mer en partie. Le bruit des voitures et surtout des bus dès que les fenêtres sont ouvertes est désagréable mais c est le seul problème de la location.

First time visiting but not the last!!!

We were met on arrival by our host. He was informative and very warm and welcoming. He has responded to our enquiries immediately. Apartment clean and well appointed. Great view from our balcony. . Great location. Central to everything. Theatre, gardens, shopping, restaurants and cafe, waterfront. Easy bus access. Great neighbourhood. Everything about our stay here in Funchal amazing

Great Apartment

Excellent communication with the owner and very central location made it ideal for bars, restaurants and shops and ideal for exploring the city. The apartment is well appointed and equipped. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony until late evening watching the world go by and the lights shining out above the bay.
