Appartement avec belle vue mer (sejour et chambres), balcon, très fonctionnel, propre avec parking. Bien placé.Echange facile avec l hôte. Nous recommandons vivement. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Perfect apartment on the beach

Loved this apartment! Amazing views from the balcony including the sunset, and the only noise is the sounds of the waves from the beach below. Apartment is kitted out with all the amenities you could want and gets extra points for the shower being high enough for my husband (it's rare!) and great water pressure. Marco gave us a great welcome and a lift to the supermarket which was really appreciated. Can't recommend enough!

Perfektes Apartment für einen Madeira-Urlaub

Optimale Lage nahe Funchal, um in Tagesausflügen die gesamte Insel zu erkunden (Marco hat gute Tipps :). Blick aufs Meer (Praia Formosa/schwarzer Steinstrand, ziemlich laute Brandung) vom Balkon, Restaurants für portugiesische Küche + Fisch in der Nähe, 10min bis zum Supermarkt (Continente) bzw. Café (großartige französische Bäckerei in der Nähe). Nach Funchal kommt man auch gut mit dem Stadtbus. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Great apartment

The flat is lovely. It is very peaceful inside, with a good view of the sea and everything you need for a comfortable stay. it is well located for the regular bus from the airport ( it is at the end of the line) and buses into Funchal. Close to the beach for lovely walks. I had a great week here and would highly recommend this as somewhere to stay. Great communication as well.

5 star excellent apartment

Excellent clean and spacious apartment with everything you need inside it , the view from the apartment is amazing , it is very quite and relaxed in a nice area , Marco is a very nice guy he made sure we were comfortable and walked us through the apartment on arrival making sure we understood how to use everything and answer any questions we have , everything is in walking distance including the nice beach just a few hundred feet away with some good restaurants on the beachfront, 100% will return in the future as we enjoyed it so much.

Whg war sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet, 2 Bäder, 2 Schlafzimmer, Balkon mit Meerblick, Strand ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar (Kiesel und Sand), Strandbar, Restaurants, WC kostenlos am Strand, Bäcker in der Nähe (auch zu Fuß erreichbar), Einkaufszentrum mit dem Auto gut erreichbar, Madeira ist eine sehr schöne Insel, facettenreich - Wander - Baden - Sightseeing - gute Lage und sehr schöne Whg

Beautiful spot to discover Madeira

First of all, Marco is the perfect host. We were picked up at the bus station and brought to the apartment. He explained everything in detail and provided numerous helpful information. The apartment was very clean and exactly as described in the internet. It's perfectly sized for 2 but would also work for 4 people. You have several restaurants around but the next supermarket is in 20 minutes walking distance...but this isn't a big deal when you rent a car (which you will need anyway to discover more than Funchal). There are several parking lots in front of the building and a private underground parking space for the tenant in the same building. All in all it is a perfect spot when you don't want to stay downtown but close to the center of Funchal. We enjoyed very much and will definitely come back!!!

Excellent Option for Madeira

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Marco, the property manager was very helpful, meeting us when we got in, and very prompt in responding to our emails/texts. Nice, spacious apartment with a great view from the living room, balcony and the two bedrooms. You will need a car (reserved parking comes with the apartment), but there are restaurants and shops nearby. We plan to return someday. Highly recommended.

Funchal apartment

Lovely apartment, warm welcome from Marco on arrival and a run through of how things work, apartment very clean everything you could want there. Lovely view over the beach at Praia Formosa where there was a couple of restaurants. Great walk from the apartment past the restaurants on the beach to Camara de Lobos along a lovely Promenade worth a visit. The apartment is about 40 mins walk to Funchal but there is a great bus service which stops minutes from the apartment. For us who came to walk in Funchal the apartment was ideal, quiet, fantastic views whilst sipping a cold beer and restaurants on your doorstep, if you hired a car there was even a designated car parking space. If your going to Maderia and want a change from a hotel give Marco's place a look you won't regret it.

Un très bon séjour,

Marco nous a accueilli chaleureusement avec une présentation dans le détail du logement, des restaurants, des supermarchés proches Et des visites à ne pas manquer. Le logement est très fonctionnel et très bien situé pour les adultes comme les ados avec accès direct à la plage et au chemin côtier. Un séjour sur cette île pour des personnes en bonne condition physique pour profiter des randonnées vers les picots, les levadas... Merci encore à Marco pour sa confiance et les différentes informations.

Super Wohnung, idealer Ausgangspunkt für die Entdeckung der gesamten Insel.

Die Wohnung ist top. Zwei Schlafzimmer, großes Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad - alles neu und in gutem Zustand. Dazu der Balkon mit unverbautem Blick aufs Meer. Der Vermieter (Mario) ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Bäckerei, Cafe, kleiner Einkaufsladen, Apotheke nur einen Steinwurf entfernt, ebenfalls noch fußläufig gut zu erreichen ein großes Einkaufszentrum. Funchal-Zentrum ist von hier aus über die Promenade noch zu Fuß zu erreichen, wer es bequemer mag, hat eine Bushaltestelle praktisch direkt vor der Haustür. Kurzum: Wir haben jede Sekunde unseres Urlaubs genossen, nicht zuletzt auch wegen unseres Apartements.

Das Appartment liegt in einem schönen und ruhigen Privatgelände, auf dem es auch Parkmöglichkeiten gibt. Zu Fuss hat man etwa 5 Minuten zur nächsten Bushaltestelle in Richtung Stadt und 10 Minuten zum Strand. Von der Bushaltestelle aus hat der Bus circa 15 Minuten bis ins Zentrum Funchal. Bei dieser Bushaltestelle gibt es einige Shops und Cafes. Vom Balkon des Appartments aus hat man eine schöne Aussicht auf den Ozean und es ertönt ein angenehmes Wellengeräusch. Das Appartment ist gemütlich und praktisch und man kann bei Bedarf sogar kochen und waschen. Alles war schön sauber geputzt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir waren für zwei Wochen da und es war sehr angenehm.
