Great relaxing stay

Great property, fabulous location! The standout is David the owner/manager. He was incredibly responsive and helpful. He overwhelmed us with complimentary snacks and gifts waiting for us when we arrived. The home was stocked beyond what we have ever seen. (Coffee, sparkling water candy and nuts) Great experience. My wife and I enjoyed this property tremendously!

Incredible Home and backyard experience

This beautiful home made our stay in Palm Desert one of our favorites. It is the most stocked home we have ever stayed in, the back yard is peaceful, private and well maintained. We arrived to an extremely clean and inviting home and communication with Tracy and David was as good as it gets. We look forward to our stay again next year!

2nd Stay & Fabulous, As Expected

We have stayed here for two years in a row now - February 2022 and February 2023. Love it! Location couldn't be better - close to the shops in El Paseo, Civic Park, hiking trails and other activity options. Private and large backyard. Very quiet neighborhood and well appointed house. Owners are super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Great Stay

Lovely property. fantastic pool and hot tub. Wonderful outdoor grill/bar area with outdoor bocce court and fun indoor shuffleboard table. Well supplied kitchen, comfortable beds, fun separate casita. Wonderful views in a nice quiet neighborhood. The host respond promptly our questions and inquiries. Excellent location convenient to Palm Springs, hiking and many other activities. We had a wonderful stay.

Vacation getaway

Everything is wonderful. Our family loves coming to spend a week or more with us when we’re here. David and Tracy are great to work with. We’ve been here twice and hope to come back!

Beautiful & Relaxing Retreat!

We thoroughly enjoyed the house and outside areas. The pictures and description of the property are very accurate and we were thrilled with everything. The kitchen has just about everything imaginable and is so nice and spacious. The location is perfect - it is on a very quiet street, yet very close to the shops in El Paseo and a short drive to nice hikes.

perfect vacation in the desert!

We loved out stay! the house is even prettier than what you see if the pictures, and it is amazingly well set up - every appliance you could want in the kitchen, 2 sets of washer dryers, great towels and sheets. The outdoor space is so wonderful - and they have made great use of every aquare inch inside and out. Tracey and David are some of the best hosts we have ever dealt with - incredibly accomodating. There is wonderful hiking near by, great restaurants and shopping. This is one of the best stays we have ever had. We will be back.

Amazing house and host!

This was the most incredible house I've ever stayed in! There was everything you could have wanted / needed and more. The host was very responsive and helpful and checked in to make sure everything was set for our group. I cannot recommend this property enough. Everyone must stay here!

Perfect spot for big groups

My family and I loved this house for our Thanksgiving weekend. The kitchen has all the cooking tools we needed, the outdoor space was perfect and we all had our own beds! Would definitely stay again.

Maximized it’s potential !

Would definitely recommend the place for a large group. It maximized its potential and had everything one would need including a fire pit, Cabaña, BBQ, pool, hot tub, shuffle board etc! Plastics everything so no worries and overall it was a great spot for our group! Flexible on check in and checkout times also much appreciated! Thanks!

Beautiful Property & Great Hosts

David & Tracy were great hosts! I had to reach out with quite a few questions as I was coordinating a bachelorette and they were always so responsive and accommodating. The property is beautiful, backyard is spacious, and bedrooms were a great size. I would definitely recommend!

Family Time in the Desert

Perfect place to stay for a family weekend getaway! I finally got to meet my brother-in-law and the kids for the first time since we had to cancel our wedding due to COVID-19. The kids had a blast and kept each other busy with all of the fun activities to be found throughout the property and the adults had time and space to chat and lounge!

Amazing, spacious home--can't wait to return!

We stayed here this past Memorial Day weekend. Our group was 8 adults and 6 kids under 5. We had an amazing time!!!! First, the hosts were on top of everything and so accommodating. They were flexible with our check in and out times, super quick to respond, and very lovely people. Customer service was 100%!!!!!! Never had better! Second the house is great---there is so much space we never felt on top of each other. And the way the layout of the house is, all the adults felt a great sense of privacy. We also all had our own bathrooms which was a huge plus. The kitchen had every appliance you can imagine and complimentary coffee. We played Bocci ball and Shuffleboard for hours. The beds were comfortable but firm (we liked that). The pool and hot tub were the perfect size. The yard and landscaping was beautiful. And there was PLENTY of seating for everyone. We had an absolute blast and look forward to staying here again.

An exceptional way to celebrate our daughter’s sweet 16 beautiful birthday with her friends.

David and his wife have made this home a vacation paradise with all the amenities one couple possibly ask for. A beautiful home that lends an atmosphere to create lots of fun for all ages. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts!

Amazing Home!!!!

If you want to have a relaxing & amazing vacation, book this house!!!! The place was spotless clean. The home was inviting, well stocked, big, and welcoming. Gorgeous Desert Retreat!

We had an amazing time at this property. It was everything and more that the listing showed. The house was stocked and very clean. The owner was awesome and was very responsive and helpful throughout the duration of our stay. The backyard was perfect for a great weekend with the girls. Would definitely come back! :)

Best weekend ever!

This was truly one of the best weekends of my life! I had 9 girlfriends join me in Palm Desert for my 40th birthday and we had THE BEST TIME! This house is perfect for entertaining a large group. The beds are plentiful and extremely comfortable. We all slept so well. Kitchen has everything you'd need and more to entertain large groups. We had made plans to explore but ended up canceling many of them because we didn't want to leave the backyard. The pool, hot tub, cabana, outdoor dining room table, firepit, all provided the perfect spot for relaxation and happy memories to be made. I will definitely be back! Loved Palm Desert/Palm Springs. As an aside, David the owner, was the best host. He helped me to plan the entire trip for my friends, from personal chef recos, to massage therapists, to glam squads and restaurant recos. He's extremely responsive and accommodating. We wouldn't have had nearly as much fun and such a smooth, effortless trip without him. Thanks David!
