Casablanca Stellar, a freshly remodeled, ranch-style home, that is beautifully appointed and maintained. Nestled in the hills of Rancho Mirage, this 3600 sf home has 3 en-suite bedrooms and a separate 1000sf Casita with 4th bedroom and bath.

WELCOME to Casablanca Stellar, a freshly remodeled, ranch-style home, that is beautifully appointed and maintained. Nestled in the hills of Rancho Mirage, this 3600 sf home has 3 en-suite bedrooms and a separate 1000sf Casita with 4th bedroom and bath. Casablanca Stellar was built for entertaining both inside and out. Enjoy specular sunrises over the mountains and at sunset, the sky lights up the color of rose gold.

Through the front door are spectacular views over the Coachella Valley and the Chocolate Mountains to the East. The foyer has a beautiful inlaid tile star pattern to welcome guests to this "Stellar" property. The large living and dining room areas are the perfect place for your group to gather. The owners have carefully preserved and celebrated some of the original 70’s charm, like the step-down Brass Bar and breakfast room. The Chef’s Kitchen has been thoughtfully appointed with a suite of stainless-steel appliances from high-end manufacturers. Drawers and cabinets are fully equipped with every imaginable kitchen accessory. Off the kitchen, is a large family room to get away from the sun and enjoy a movie or a game of cards. The family room has a large cozy sectional and a 65" smart TV.

The three en-suite bedrooms each feature king size beds with high-end bedding, large closets and private bathrooms. The primary bedroom opens out onto the pool and outdoor living area. Two other bedrooms have private patios. The spacious casita is its own piece of heaven. Perfect for those wanting a little separation and privacy from the rest of the group. There is a large bedroom with two Queen size beds, a flat screen smart TV and full bath. Large floor to ceiling windows allow light to flood into the living area with fireplace, and overlooking the city below. The casita has its own full-size, fully equipped kitchen.

Relax apres swim in a large shaded outdoor living area with a ceiling fan and comfortable sofas. There are multiple seating options outside with a double chaise, 6 chaise lounge chairs and rocking chairs around the gas fire pit. Enjoy the stainless gas grill and the outdoor dining table that seats 8, perfect for dining a la fresca!

Covered garage parking for 2-car garage is provided.

This stunning 4 bedroom compound offers all the privacy and comfort that you can imagine. The views are breathtaking and you will be hard pressed to leave!

UTILITIES:
Utilities are charged upon consumption. A utilities deposit of $3,000 will be held on guests credit card. Consumption charges are billed at the per diem rate from the current utilities cost, without mark-up. Owners will provide utilities bill to guest showing total guest consumption and rates to be paid. With advance written notification, the pool can be heated upon the request of Renter, hot tub heat is controlled via a remote at the property.

Great Get away

An Exceptional Home

To say this home has character is an understatement. From the moment you enter you are aware that great thought & foresight was engaged when decorating and furnishing this home. For my party almost every conceivable need was catered for. The kitchen was very well equipped with the most up to date tools & equipment. Bedrooms were spacious and the beds were big and comfortable. A great air conditioning system made the house very comfortable for us on those hotter nights being from a colder climate. The home afforded spectacular views of the early morning sunrise over the valley and distant mountains. The garden & pool were a welcome pleasure on those hot days. Plenty of space outside for a ramble during the day purely to stretch your legs without having to leave the property. Strangely enough we enjoyed some cooling breezes at different times during the day. Views of the valley at night were delightful. Hoping to make a return visit as soon as possible as we really enjoyed the home, its facilities & location. Cheers, BH & Friends.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the house was lovely, lots of spots to hang out both inside and outside. There were some things that I would have expected for guests though- shampoo and conditioner, there was only 1 extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom (for a 1 week stay), no oil or starter coffee pack for the first morning. The garbage outside was also piled up and hadn’t been collected. The location was close to everything and there were great views from the backyard.

Just what the family needed!

The house was very clean and had plenty of areas to eat/rest, we felt right at home. The pool was just the right size and we truly enjoyed our time there. The best part was the amazing view of the backyard!!! Can't wait to come back soon!

Fantastic house with a view

Really great location and setup for a larger group, and we loved the view from the pool (which I haven't seen at many houses in the region). We had an excellent time.

Felt like a private resort!

Everything was top notch. The only thing I regret is not staying longer and planning more time to be at the house. From the curated decor, beautiful views, privacy, spaciousness, and overall aesthetic it was wonderful (loved my comfy bed, btw). Highly recommend! I’ll certainly be back.

Loved it. Beautifully appointed home. Only downside was that their TV’s (only 2 not 6 as advertised) did not include certain stations. We were hoping to watch March Madness and Indian Wells Tennis. Couldn’t get either. Had a great time anyway.

Peaceful retreat for the family

We loved our relaxing week at Casablanca. The home was beautiful and stylish with modern art displayed in every room, making it feel like you were sharing a personal art collection. The kitchen was well outfitted and beds were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were sparking and were serviced twice while we were there. The casita was perfect for my teen daughters to have their own space to sprawl and take time getting ready away from their brothers. We are huge NCAA fans, so we also enjoyed the game room off the kitchen to watch March Madness and play family board games. As in any rental in the Valley, no stereo or music outside is allowed, which would have been nice for days by the pool, but that can’t really be helped. We would stay here again, it was perfect for our family.

Stylish, Spacious, Comfortable

A breeze from start to finish- great communication and a pleasure to experience this freshly renovated sprawling desert Ranch. We enjoyed the Pool and hot tub and everyone loved hanging in the shaded outdoor living room. Great separation and privacy for our group because every bedroom has its own private bathroom. Thank you! We will be back next year.

Stellar Property and Stay!

My family and I stayed here for small family reunion weekend. The adult kids and spouses in the “big house” and our parents in the casita. What an amazing property! Beautiful space(s), perfect pool, artful decor and a commanding view. We couldn’t have asked for more and will return to this gem again!

Gorgeous Sunrise, Gorgeous House

First, I have to talk about the sunrise over the pool. Sitting in the covered patio and watching the sun come up over the palm trees may have been my favorite part of the day. The photos do not do this house justice - every room, hallway and seating area (inside and out) is larger and more spacious than expected. We loved the glamorous sunken bar, the game table in the tv room, and, of course the pool and hot tub. I don't know how they did it, but the kitchen is magically lit with a skylight over the island-very cool. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was perfect for our group. It was very nice to not have to share. The casita was adorable and quite comfortable, and really just a step away from the house. We didn't have any young children, but I could totally see how that would work for people with little ones, to have their own space. Gosh, I guess I really loved the place. Would happily return.

Stellar Stay

We loved our stay at Casablanca Stellar! This house is a great example of modern desert architecture—a “rambling” residence with ample bedrooms that open to the outdoors, a cozy sunken bar (where we hosted a nightly happy hour), and a large outdoor covered “living room” space next to the pool. The house is super spacious and well furnished, with nice bathrooms; and, a great fully outfitted kitchen. With a really nice detached Casita, the compound would work for extended family that might desire a bit more privacy. The view from the pool and spa is absolutely incredible, especially in the early evening—we found Rancho Mirage to be a great location, with plenty of fantastic restaurants, and shopping; yet just a short ride away from downtown Palm Springs. Perfect. We would highly recommend this property—can’t wait to go back.

Desert Dream

Casablanca Stellar was just what we needed! The house is decorated in a hip, stylish manner that intrigued and delighted us at every turn. We appreciated many of the vintage elements and fixtures, but also loved being able to relax and enjoy the comfortable seating areas inside and out. We especially enjoyed the central back patio and amazing views from the back yard. At sunset the light continuously changes on the mountain ranges, providing a magical setting all evening long. The property feels spacious and calming in a way that helped us reconnect and get centered. At one point my partner and I just needed some TV time and enjoyed the comfy, secluded vibe of the family room. The furniture is stylish and comfortable throughout the house. I also loved the kitchen and bar area, so retro and unique! Our family ‘ bartender’ looked right at home in the sunken bar and showed us how to make a proper cocktail. While the house is centrally located and close to shopping and restaurants, we liked the feeling of being in a nice neighborhood, sort of secluded. Sunnylands is just a couple of miles away and we enjoyed Talay Thai - a great thai restaurant right around the corner. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect and the surrounding patio provided another place to take in the expansive desert beauty. Ultimately this home was just what we needed: fabulously decorated, extremely comfortable with perfect sunset views. We hope to revisit Casablanca Stellar very soon.

Getaway with friends

My husband and 2 other couples shared the house and casita. We had a wonderful time- the location is very convenient to everything we wanted to do, but mostly we enjoyed the pool area and the outdoor sitting room. The house is beautifully furnished and there is quite an interesting art collection. I would definitely recommend this property, and we are thinking this would be a perfect place to have our family reunion!

Spectacular House for the Perfect Getaway!!!

We rented this home for a friend's getaway. The outdoor living room/atrium was the perfect place for gathering and entertaining. The house is beautifully decorated, great design and so many fun and colorful works of art. My husband loved the kitchen and I enjoyed playing bartender at the sit-down bar. We got up early, so we loved watching the sunrise. Louisa is the perfect concierge! We had a great time at the property and will definitely book again!
