Hi Jessica! Thank you so much for taking your time to provide your review and feedback. We've updated the description to reflect the 3 bedroom plus bunk area so it's more clear to future guests. Thank you for that feedback for improvement. The bedding is provided by our third party linen service which washes all linens at 160 degrees to ensure complete sanitization, so you are right, they were fresh and clean! I'm sorry to hear it felt like it had sand in the bed...I'll review our protocols and procedures with our cleaners to avoid that. We're very sorry about the elevators, we wish we could have more control, but unfortunately, that is the resort's responsibility. They are actively working to improve the elevator situation. Thanks for your review on our condo. We are thrilled that you enjoyed our condo, the beach, and fabulous pool at our unit. I’m sorry to hear about your door code issues when you arrived. I know our staff responses swiftly to those calls and hope your 10 min return call wait wasn’t too unsatisfactory. The parking spot issue is an unusual issue and I’m sorry for any inconvenience. If you would have contacted us we could have tried to speak with the building management and worked something out for you. Anytime an issue comes up it’s always best to call us because we are here to help you. Summer time at Tidewater can be a very busy time and the elevator issues are unfortunate but out of our control. Thanks again for your comments. We are always striving to be the best management company in the area and appreciate your feedback.

Hi Melinda, thank you so much for your review and feedback for improvement. We're so glad you enjoyed the views and found the beds to be comfortable. We are addressing the furniture by either purchasing new or have the upholstery cleaned. Regarding the TV issues, we realize that was an inconvenience. When the owner set up service with the provider, they were to come set up the boxes, but instead, they asked us, the management company, to pick them up, and we were given the wrong boxes. This has now been resolved after dealing with the cable provider, so I'm very sorry for the inconvenience. As for the switches and outlets, typically if the outlet is upside down, it operates on a switch, but that isn't always the case. We realize there are a lot of switches in some of our properties, so for that, I'm sorry. Lastly, we always try to accommodate our guests, but per the contract, a late checkout comes at a cost, and if it's a turn (meaning someone is checking in the same day you check out) we cannot allow it so the cleaners have enough time to prepare the property for the next guests. We hope you'll reconsider staying with Vacation Life Properties in the future to see how we respond and take action in response to this feedback for improvement. Sincerely, Vacation Life Properties
