Lovely, clean, well appointed. Very quiet and peaceful setting with nice views over paddock. Great central location in the New Forest. Owners friendly and very helpful.

What can be said that hasn't already This place is amazing and we just keep coming back time & time againThis time the owners were away and Freda was a fantastic host in their absence

Short stay

This simple but perfect accommodation was just what we needed for our few nights stay in the New Forest visiting friends. It was lovely having the paddock to run the dog in and the bed was comfortable. We had everything we needed to hand. Much better than a Travelodge. Host was on site if we needed anything. Will definitely stay again.

Very peaceful

The property was great for us and the location idyllic, with views over the owners horses and fields. The forest was within walking distance (wellington boots essential!) and coast and every amenity a short drive away.

An ideal base

Secluded and peaceful yet well placed for varied days out. The property is comfortable and well equipped with lots of welcoming touches. This was our second visit and hopefully will not be our last.

Great position, really good field/garden for our dog. Parking at property excellent. Some areas could have been cleaner..Generally comfortable.
