Comfortable clean condo with everything we needed. Onsite pool and restaurant were great and beach right across the street.

We enjoyed our stay, clean, spacious room. First time in Florida and loved our view. Only thing was no one to help with finding room or to ask questions other than that it was Great!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. The location was great with a short walk to beach and had easy parking. I would have preferred that there be no carpet as I have allergies, but that wouldn’t be a deal breaker for this beautiful view. Also, it would be nice to have had smart tv’s to watch some tv at night. Overall, we had a great time and would rent here again.

Ariel Dunes I

Nice large condo with plenty of space for our family of 4. Beautiful ocean view from the balcony. The hotel & grounds were very nice. The pools were nice & large. The beach was a close walk across the street. We were able to rent from the beach service during our stay so that kept us from having to tote umbrellas & chairs down. It got busier during the weekend so there was some wait time for elevators. Overall great stay & we would book again!

Girl's Trip

We had a blast on our Girl's Trip weekend. The property was so inviting when entering with soft smooth music playing and even had a welcome card and gift on the counter. The property was assessable to everything that we took advantage of for the weekend and the restaurant was great. Our view of the beach was amazing. The only thing that I can complain about is that we had one roach crawling on the wall but since our room was right by the elevator/trash shoot I let that complaint slide. (This time)

Our stay at Miramar Beach

The condo was in a great location. If I wanted to go to Panama City, it was a short drive from the condo. If I wanted to go to Destin, it was an even shorter drive. The beach was located directly across the street. There were plenty of places nearby to go grocery shopping as well as to eat out. The couch in the condo could use a deep clean. It appeared to be dirty. Also, the toilet in the main bathroom doesn't flush correctly. All in all, it was a good place to stay and relax.

The unit was pretry clean and staff was very nice. The pola where clean as well. The unit itself was outdated but that wasn’t the bad part. After a long 10 hour drive with a two year old all I wanted was a comfortable bed for us to sleep on. The twin bed mattresses were so noisy I can’t even explain. Every time I turned around she woke up. Please change those mattresses. They can’t cost that much. Otherwise there are no major complaints! Thank you

Great visit with the fam!

Condo was perfect for my family of 4 and my dad. Very clean and spacious. The pools were amazing. Kids had a blast! It never got overly packed for us nor did we have to wait terribly long for the elevator. It was also very quiet. Having gym access was also a nice touch if you weren't too tired from all the fun in the sun. The beach is about a 4 minute walk. It gets pretty packed and folks will start setting up camp on the beach at 630. There are no beach accessories so if you must have any be sure to bring your own. I want to mention that the beds in the kids' room are ideal only for smaller children. An adult would not be comfortable on the beds. The box springs is very noisy and mattress is super soft feeling like I sunk into the bed itself....this did not phase my 8 and 11 year old boys BUT if you had teens/adults looking to stay in that room good luck. My dad said the sofa pull out was comfortable.

RealJoy is really not a joy with which to work.

The property was clean and comfortable for the most part, except that one of the twin beds had a very creaky mattress. You had to take special care when closing the freezer door to make sure it closed all the way; it seemed to catch on something. The balcony had ample seating and tables with a nice view of the ocean. What really spoiled this property for me was working with RealJoy. They don’t use the HomeAway system for letting you know door codes and such. I had an email from them reminding me to buy insurance and I discovered that the link in the email would take me to this information. That was after I had to call from the gate before the guard would let me in because I didn’t have enough information to tell him where we were staying. In hindsight, I think they would have texted the information had I provided my cell phone number. So overall it was just a little frustrating. The kicker came when I got home and they emailed me that they were charging me $50 for two rubber wristbands that my grandson misplaced! So, never again RealJoy!

Regarding the door codes, our guests receive a link to the Real Joy portal right after booking that contains all the details about your stay. The portal link releases the door/gate codes for your stay just prior to it and yes, we text you the codes as well if we have your cell phone number. We’re sorry there was any confusion relating to your stay, we try to make things easy for our guests. Regarding the wristbands, we have a sign in this property that includes the costs if the wristbands are misplaced. We have to purchase them from the homeowners association. We’re sorry that you were disappointed and thank you for your feedback.
