Spectacular views

This is a perfectly situated and very spacious apartment with a well equipped kitchen. Amazing sea views from every room with beautiful sunsets. Handy for the beach and the tapas bars of the old town. Would be very happy to stay here again. Some of the bedrooms were very simply furnished and would benefit from a few extra creature comforts, but otherwise nothing to complain about.

Wonderful Stay!

Our family had a fantastic 3 week stay at Oceano Family Home! The apartment was perfect. Very large, clean, well equipped and the best ocean and sunset view ever! The location could not be beat. Caleta beach is 2 minutes away as is a grocery store and it's right at the entrance to the old town where we spent most of our time. Having parking included was a huge bonus. The staff at Cadiz4rentals is amazing. Very communicative and helpful. Check in and out was seemless. This is our second time booking with them and we look forward to our next booking at one of their amazing properties.

En general todo , pero la ubicación , la amplitud y las vistas son espectaculares . En general también está muy bien equipado. Algunos colchones , principalmente el del dormitorio principal de cama grande que es el q yo utilice

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour, avec un emplacement idéal pour découvrir Cadiz. Malheure La Clim n’a pas fonctionné et l’appareil de substitution promis n’a jamais été livré malgré les 32 degrés. Très dommage car l,appartement est à recommander

La situación. Vistas increibles desde todas las habitaciones al lugar más emblemático de Cádiz. Magníficas puestas de sol e incluso de luna. Todas las habitaciones espaciosas. Cocina bien equipada. Atención personalizada por parte de la agencia. Chicas, no cambiéis¡¡¡ El portón de entrada al piso desmerece. La cadena de la plaza de parking es un poco rudimentaria

Ideale Ferienwohnung für 4 Personen um Cadiz und Umgebung zu erkunden

Im Prinzip funktionell und ausreichend eingerichtet bzw. ausgestattet, besonders der Balkon in Richtung Westen mit Blick auf Atlantik und Sonnenuntergang ist ein großes Plus, die große und ausreichend ausgestattete Küche ist auch für tägliches Kochen geeignet, 4 Schlafzimmer würden eigentlich 8 Personen Platz bieten, die restlichen Möbel (Tisch, Stühle, Balkonmöbel) sind nur für 4 vorhanden. Der auf abgeschlossenem Gelände befindliche eigene Parkplatz ist ausreichend groß und wegen knapper Parkflächen in der Umgebung sehr komfortabel. Etwas verbesserungswürdig ist der Allgemeinzustand besonders der Duschen und mancher schon etwas abwohnten Möbel sowie die Gründlichkeit der Endreinigung. Wir können die Wohnung insgesamt empfehlen.

Todo genial

El piso está muy bien situado, además está muy bien equipado. El equipo de cadiz4rentals es excelente. Estuvieron disponibles en todo momento. Son muy resolutivos y eficaces: tuvimos un problema con un electrodoméstico y nos lo solucionaron sin demora. Estoy muy contenta y lo recomendaré a quien me pregunte por un buen sitio en Cádiz.

Good location , fabulous views , easy to park , very clean . Finding it by car was difficult because the pin drop on google map locates it wrongly . Perhaps a photo of the building and an accurate pin would help .

The appartement is well located and has a breathtaking view but it needs a makeover.

location, space, cleanliness, service everything seems to be a bit too worn out. The Nespressomachine doesn´t work and you brought us cheap coffeemaker instad. We had to throw away the Nespresse Capsules , we have bought. The kitchen is very spacey but there is not place to prepare the meals. The whole appartment needs a mordern make over to be worth the quite high price

This is a lovely spacious apartment, with large rooms. very well equipped and a good practical layout. Amazing views from every room of the sea, the two castles, beach and harbour. The apartment's location was perfect for the city as everything was in easy walking distance. We were glad we had not hired a car especially as the transfer arranged by Cadiz4Rentals was so efficient and well organised, all their staff have been extremely helpful. Highly recommend this apartment and our family certainly hope to visit again

Perfect ocean view vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Cadiz ocean view apartment. We arrived just in time to see the beautiful sunset from the private balcony overlooking the sea. The Castillo Santa Catalina is just next door to the apartment, which was very beautiful at night all aglow with lights. The apartment is in easy walking distance along the sea to shops, restaurants, plazas and Cadiz Catedral. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed; including free parking. We enjoyed a quaint cafe, "Quilla", just a short walking distance from the apartment for food and drinks at the seaside! We highly recommend this place and would love to return!

Perfekte Lage mit tollem Blick auf das Meer und das Castillo. Trotzdem in den Altstadt gelegen (Fussweg zur Kathedrale 8-10Min.) Grosszügiges Apartement , schön eingerichtet. Besonders sinnvoll ist der Parkplatz, der zur Wohnung gehört!!! Wir möchten auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Bei windigem Wetter merkt man , dass die Fenster undicht sind. Es war sehr laut und zugig bei Levant!
