新しい花崗岩のカウンタートップ、キッチン家電とキャビネット、全体に広葉樹、トリムとペイント、家具を含む完全な改装が完了しました。 上品で魅力的です！

1階のベッドルームには、2つの二段ベッドと、専用バスルームを備えた子供用のタンドルがあります。 2階には2つのベッドルームがあり、それぞれにクイーンベッドがあり、床から天井までのタイルが付いた新しいバスルームには4インチx 4インチのシャワーと素晴らしい景色を望むロフトスペースがあります。 3つのデッキがあり、2つは湖の景色を望み、もう1つはガスグリル付きです。

ユニットには、ファミリールームのセクショナル、6人用のダイニングルームのテーブル、それに合う装飾を含むすべての新しい家具があります。

私たちは過去25年間ミシガン州北部に来ており、このユニークなコンドミニアムがすべての箱をチェックしていると信じています。 ミシガン州北部の中心部にあり、柔らかい砂浜と緑豊かな芝生が目の前にあり、ボイン山でスキーをして数分以内です。 ボインシティのダウンタウンから徒歩5分、ペトスキー、ベイハーバー、シャルルボワ、トラバースシティまで車で30分です。

具体的には、ミシガン州ボイン市にある102戸の集合住宅の民間住宅協会であるHarborageに本部があります。 協会は、緑豊かな緑豊かな敷地の21エーカーにあります。 Harbageageは、美しい湖Charlevoixのほぼ半マイルの正面にあり、すべての家から湖またはマリーナを見渡せます。 長い湖の景色を望む西向きの場所は、壮大な夕日を提供しています。 敷地内にはテニスコート、チッピングとパッティンググリーンがあります。

One week stay

This a is a beautiful location, wonderful beach area and view. Check in easy and the kitchen and living room wonderful. The hot water was challenging to figure out and the door in the downstairs bathroom didn’t close . The front deck was not cleaned.

Wonderful Condo

We had our annual admin planning retreat here and it was a great stay! The waterfront was gorgeous and the condo was very nice. Super clean, beds were comfy, furnishings attractive, & kitchen well stocked. Taking work breaks by walking the beach or walking to town was ideal for us. Local restaurants were very good. The heating cooling setup is a little unusual but once the owner walked us through it we were very comfortable. Sam, who was our main contact throughout was a gem. Always available, quick to help, and super kind. This is a great family, friend, or work get away!

Stunning!!

My husband and I absolutely loved the condo. Beautifully decorated and cozy for a winter stay. Loved sitting by the fire and watching the sunset on the lake. Extra special touches were provided like plush blankets and laundry detergent pods. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Beds were also super comfortable. I look forward to staying here again!!

The condo is in the perfect location for trips to Charlevoix, Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Beautifully appointed with everything you need. Views are amazing.

Great Stay

The condo was perfect and exactly what it stated online. It was right in front of the beach which made it great for the kids and it was a couple minute walk to the marina if you have a boat. 10 minute walk to downtown Boyne City which made walking into town for breakfast, lunch or dinner a breeze. Would highly recommend

Second trip to Molly's beautiful condo. Very convenient location for visiting the sites and towns in North West Michigan such as Charlevois, Petoskey, Mackinaw Island but then returning to a comfortable condo with a great view of Lake Charlevois. Great for families!

We loved our stay at the condo! The proximity to the water and beach couldn’t be beat. My kids loved being able to walk to town and tennis too. The interior was beautiful , and comfortable, (modern lake) and very well equipped for cooking and grilling.

Nice & Quiet

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time staying at the condo. It was so nice to walk on the beach and enjoy sunsets. Close enough to the surrounding towns The condo was very nice and a great place to stay for our get away.

This unit at the Harborage was all it was represented to be. Great location, beautiful remodel with updates throughout. The proximity to Lake and Beach can't be beat and the magnificent sunsets will bring you back. Great location for families and small children. We will be back.

We feel like the Harborage at Boyne City is like like the porridge that is just right in the story of Goldilocks and the Three Bears. It is not far off I-75, it has the warm water of an inland lake, the town has great restaurants, you are close to the wineries of Old Mission Peninsula, the skiing at Boyne Mountain is 10 minutes away, and the view from our westward facing condo is priceless.
