Welcome to Unit #359—your recently redecorated two-bedroom waterfront retreat, perfect for a relaxing stay in downtown Charlevoix. This inviting condo features a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a loft bedroom with a king-size bed, along with two full bathrooms—one with a walk-in shower and the other with a tub—providing comfort and convenience for your group. The living room also includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, making it easy to accommodate additional guests.

The open-concept living space offers a full-size kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, range, dishwasher, and microwave—ideal for preparing meals during your stay. The layout creates a comfortable and welcoming environment for gathering, dining, and unwinding.

Step out onto the private balcony and take in beautiful waterfront views as boats sail in and out of Round Lake—an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the scenery.

Located at the Edgewater Inn on the north shore of Round Lake Harbor and the Pine River Channel, this condo offers prime drawbridge views and a convenient downtown location. You’ll be just a short walk from Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping, and galleries, making it an excellent choice for a short getaway, extended vacation, or even a wedding celebration.

Each condo at the Edgewater Inn is individually owned and uniquely decorated, offering a unique experience with every stay. With 48 distinctive units, a variety of amenities, and a friendly staff, the property provides a welcoming home-away-from-home atmosphere.

Great quick getaway!

Staff was AMAZING. Great location! However, the room wasn’t ready until 5 and we just rode in on motorcycles in the rain. Also, if I was one of the owners of the property, I would be upset at the outdated facilities, such as the pool and the hot tub. It stated online the pool was heated. I don’t think that was the case.

Great location, very clean

We enjoyed our stay in this loft suite. It is a fantastic location in a very cute town. Our littler kids were fascinated by the drawbridge, the operation of which you can observe from the equivalent of box seats. One small suggestion: Install an outlet for filtered water.
