Nice home with fun amenities

My family really enjoyed the pool once it heated up a bit. Nice area with an easy walk to the beach. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.

Best Naples stay yet!

We have been visiting Naples for many years but this year was exceptional. Our host was very responsive, the house was very clean and had everything we needed for the perfect stay. We are already planning our next visit and we certainly won’t be choosing anywhere else than here! Thank you to our host and for making our stay so special for our family. Our own personal paradise!

Brittany thinks of anything and everything! The house is immaculate, well organized and so comfortable. We stayed here during a hectic wedding week and the house made our stay in Florida so enjoyable! We hope to return each year with the close proximity to my family.

Best house to spend a vacation

The place was very, very clean, spotless. The property manager, always within reach. The house had everything that a family needs, very well equipped, close to the beach, we loved everything about this property, but we were very impressed with the tiles from around the pool, it didn't matter how hot was outside, they were never hot. We are looking already to be back at this house.

Fantastic rental owners

Our week rental was cut short due to a illness of a parent back home. The homeowner could’ve easily told us sorry but instead told us not to worry about anything in the house and get home to our loved one. She happily refunded our unused portion of the rental and made everything easy for us. The house was clean and had a great pool and view. We will definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous home!

My family of 6 stayed here for 2 weeks to kick off summer vacation and it was perfect! The location was great. Close to the beach, grocery store, shopping. The house itself is gorgeous. Great views of the sunset at night on the back patio, overlooking the pool and lagoon. My husband and I would sit and watch the storms roll in at night and it was perfect! Brittany was super responsive if we had any questions. House was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soaps, etc. everything was clean and tidy! Will definitely look into booking again for next year!

Perfect!

This home is beautifully decorated very comfortable and a great pool area. Loved that items were supplied -that was a huge plus for us. Would definitely rent again. Brittany was available if we had questions but really didn’t have any issues at all. It was perfect.

Clean and well kept!

Very clean property for adult family to stay in over the holidays. Not recommended for young children as pool does not have safety fence but otherwise very comfortable and close to all that Vanderbilt Beach has to offer! Property owner was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Thanksgiving holiday

This home was in a lovely location in Naples Park on a canal. A mile from Vanderbilt beach and Tamiami Avenue. The pool and outside entertainment are was delightful. The kitchen was well stocked and home nicely decorated. Thank you so much! Would recommend and stay again:)

Great vacation

A beauty!

Beautiful home & pool! We enjoyed the opportunity to stay in this comfortable, clean and well equipped home. This neighborhood of Naples is very centralized so it is simple and quick to travel throughout the area for restaurants, shopping, and beaches! Owners were responsive during booking process and handled an uncomfortable issue encountered during our stay as promptly as possible. We would definitely recommend this property!

Perfect Christmas Vacation

We loved our stay in this house! We have been coming to Naples for 7 years at Christmas and this was by far our favorite house so far!!! Staying on the water was great and having the paddle boards was perfect for the kids! House is beautiful and all amenities are top notch! Great week, great house!

We were in town for a family wedding and a family baby shower. This house was perfect for our week stay. Pictures don't do it justice. Very clean and well furnished. Check in/out was very easy. We come to Naples quite a bit and for our needs this past week, this was one of our favorites. We would highly recommend this rental.

Hello! We are Brittany and Dan Sexton, and we are from Minnesota! We moved into this beautiful waterfront home in March of 2017, making it our permanent residence.
Dan recently retired from playing professional hockey. We live in and out of the home in between renters, and spend our summers in Minnesota.
We have a 4 year old daughter and 10 month old son. You will see some children's toys in the TV console and garage!
Brittany's parents have lived in Naples for almost 20 years. They are just 7 miles away, and look after the house.
We want you to fall in love with this home and this location as much as we have, it truly is the BEST area in Naples!

The Connors is a fabulous neighborhood within Vanderbilt Beach that is made up of single-family homes on the west side of Vanderbilt Drive. Homes here are all part of the 17 cul-de-sac streets that border the Vanderbilt Lagoon. The 500 or so home sites are all canal front, most feature boat lifts, and all have deep water boat access to the Gulf of Mexico. There are many architectural styles ranging from the Mediterranean to the contemporary coastal chic design. The real estate was built from the 1950s to today's new construction. Investors and end buyers alike continue to seek out homes in this small Vanderbilt Beach enclave. The neighborhood is comprised of newer upscale homes as well as some original Florida style homes. It is within walking distance of both Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor Wiggins State Park.
