Profitez de ce duplex impressionnant de 3 chambres avec trois terrasses privées totalisant 70 m², situé dans la rue exclusive San Isidoro, à quelques pas de la Cathédrale et de la Plaza del Salvador. Situé dans une authentique maison palais sévillane du XVIe siècle, l’appartement allie parfaitement charme historique et confort moderne.

Au rez-de-chaussée, vous trouverez une cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée, un salon lumineux avec plafonds à caissons de 7 mètres de hauteur, et de grandes fenêtres donnant sur une élégante galerie avec vue sur la cour intérieure. De là, vous accédez à une terrasse aménagée avec des chaises longues et du mobilier d’extérieur de haute qualité, idéale pour se détendre entouré d’un magnifique jardin à la française.

La chambre principale dispose de deux lits simples et d’une salle de bain attenante. Il y a également une salle de bain complète avec douche.

À l’étage, découvrez deux chambres avec fenêtres en arc offrant une vue sur la Giralda, des toilettes séparées, une douche indépendante et deux terrasses supplémentaires. Depuis l’une des terrasses, admirez une vue spectaculaire sur la Cathédrale, la Giralda et l’église du Salvador, tandis que l’autre terrasse offre une vue panoramique à 360 degrés sur Séville.

Cet appartement est situé dans l’un des quartiers les plus emblématiques et paisibles du centre historique, entouré de monuments, restaurants, bars à tapas et boutiques, idéal pour vivre une expérience authentique et exclusive à Séville.

Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

Great stay

Great apartment and location. Very well setup and the terraces and views from the terraces are really special. Location is fantastic and if you chose to stay there you shouldn’t have a car (you won’t need it but also difficult to find parking as mainly a pedestrian area). Highly recommended

Wonderful location

Great apartment which we enjoyed with our family of six. Plenty of space to spread out. Good sized kitchen. Loads of patio and roof tops escapes but the heat was too much to enjoy them. Great location close to restaurants and shops. Would return without hesitation!

Unbelievably beautiful and unique stay

Wonderful property in central location. Spacious living space with 4 outdoor seating areas with remarkable views of the city. 3 bedrooms share 3 full and well appointed bathrooms. It elevated our stay in this lovely city to a most memorable level. Gracias!!

From our arrival through our stay everything was perfect. The apartment has more than enough room for 6. The added bonus is the terrace space. The highest terrace gives you a great view of the city! Beautiful Apartment in Great Location

Pretty, charming, and well outfitted, this apartment was perfect for our five adult travelers. The outdoor spaces really make the apartment. They are beautiful. The upstairs bedrooms are slightly quirky and a bit dark, but one has beautiful views and a terrace. Bathrooms are modern with good showers. Great modern kitchen, and central location.

great location and rooftop

All adult family of 5 stayed 5 nights. Lots of space, comfortable beds, perfect kitchen, tastefully decorated, multiple terraces were a bonus. We really enjoyed our stay in this historic property and the views are wonderful . Only negative was that it was too warm on the top floor, but AC worked perfect to cool the main floor. Would love to return!

Location - perfect. So close to everything that you want to visit, yet in a quiet street. Apartment - clean with lots of light. The view from the top terrace is beautiful. This apartment has 4 outdoor spaces! Communication with the manager - the best! Always received fast response, very accommodating to our schedule, took care of all requests from cleaning to entertainment. We really enjoyed out stay.

Exceeded all our expectations. Too many positives to put into words. All I have to say is people in our group cried with joy when they saw this apartment. It is clean, beautiful and steps away from everything. The rooftop patio with stunning views of Sevilla was a wonderful surprise. Cannot recommend highly enough. Stay here! ❤️

Perfect apartment

We absolutely loved this apartment. It is in a perfect location in the center with a short walk to anywhere that you would want to go. We loved both terraces, especially the terrace looking out over Seville. My wife and I stayed in the apartment with our teenage sons and there was plenty of room for us all. Also loved the modern kitchen. The building is totally safe. We have been fortunate to stay in many apartments throughout Spain and this was definitely our favorite. Staff was always available and helpful. Do not hesitate to book this apartment.

Wonderful experience in Seville!

We were visiting Seville to see our daughter who is an exchange student. Choose this apartment because of the convenient location to the central old town area and proximity to many sights, restaurants and shops. We navigated our way to the apartment from the train station where we met Samuel to check in. He gave us an overview of the place and helpful tips including suggested places to have dinner. We had a few questions after check in and Samuel was quick to respond. The apartment is two levels and very beautiful in a traditional Spanish style. The view from the rooftop is spectacular! The place was very clean and we had no complaints. The location was perfect as we toured the city including the Cathedral and Alcazar. We would highly recommend this apartment and hope to come back soon.

Management Dropped the Ball

The apartment is lovely, and the location is fabulous, but there was a leak in the ceiling of one of the three bathrooms. We notified management within an hour of check-in, but the issue was never resolved. We had a three-day rental. We could not use that bathroom and had to turn off the air conditioning downstairs, which supported the primary bedroom, living room, and kitchen. We were three adult couples. I cannot say enough good things about the apartment itself, but Genteel-Home was highly disappointing. 13 days after check-out, I am still waiting for their bleak resolution.
