Wonderful

We had a wonderful week. At this great place. Super with parking spot in Lerici. Great pool and breeze since you are higher on the mountain. No problems with communication. Sweet and polite host and welcoming. I would highly recommend this place. Be prepared to test your Italian driving skills going up the path to the house😁

The view from the house is magnificient. The house itself is great, nice separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms, living room and a roof top! Modern, clean and excellent airco. Nice swimming pool next to the house as well as a tenniscourt. To get to the house, you have a steep drive, but once you are there, it is very rewarding :). There is a additional parking space in Lerici, which is handy. Lerici is nice to go for dinner. La Spezia is 20 min away, from where you can take the train to Cinque Terra (you can easily park underneath the station). Don't look further, enjoy your stay here!!

Torretta Guest house Lerici

Beautiful grounds, well kept, tremendous views of the "Bay of Poets" and surrounding area - Access to the property is a very steep drive with several switchbacks requiring a three point turn - Not a problem for an average driver, those with less skill, beware - The "bonus" parking spot in Lerici was highly beneficial and made a huge difference for us older folks with mobility issues - It's literally one minute from the Mediterranean, shopping and restaurants - Only complaint was the sparse furnishings in the unit, probably typical European, but definitely not American - Hard metal chairs, tiny shower, no shower shelves, hard futon in living area, TV service was intermittent, WIFI was weak but overall, a nice place, location, location, location -

Dear Guest, you were in EU and not in US. You were in a house built on the shape of a ancient farmers hut, because the hill whereToretta house of 65 sq mt is built, and from where you enjoed the beautiful view on the "Bay of Poets" , is under the protection of Liguria Regional Park. By Law no 1 additional sq meter can be built in the park area if not already present since 1942. So the standard is not EU, but limited by the Liguria Region territory integrity preservation act. Also the last 50 meters of steep road are due to the above limitation. Furniture: also due to Covid policy we leaved in the apartment the essential forniture only to make the cleaning easier. TV works perfectly is guest knows how to use properly 2different remote controllers, Data line is by satellite, the best suitable in the area. Location and parking in Lerici are the plus, as well the pool overlooking the bay by an unique position. The brand new house, the modern and clean line of decoration and furniture, its terraces, mahke it like an hut on Paradise.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in Lerici

'House with a view': wat een formidabel uitzicht!

Unvergessliche Aussicht

The house is recommended. We felt very comfortable.

The house is located in a private, enclosed property. There at the top of the mountain. The entire property in a very clean condition. The driveway over a narrow path, this serpentine with five tight curves. This takes some getting used to, especially if you drive a slightly larger car. The view is fantastic. The pool at the house is to be completed next year. We were allowed to use the owner's pool. At the house stood on the terrace 2 sun chairs. We asked for 2 sunbeds. The request was fulfilled immediately (thanks again). A special service must necessarily be addressed. During the season, the city center may not be traveled by car. Our vehicle was reported by the landlord at the city, so we were allowed to drive into the city center. The owner gave us a garage in the center, free of charge. Thanks again! The house was full of description / expectation. We are happy to recommend the house.

Because my family and I we live in this property since 1975, and we care of it, of the garden with hundreds of olive trees, palm trees and most of the specific Med fauna. And we have restored this typical Ligurian house in 2004.

In the quiet of a private park, at the first and second floor of a typical Ligurian house of two units in total, the all apartment and its terrace have a terrific view on the open sea and the islands of the Gulf of Poets (see the picture). Parking close to home.
Private not exclusive swimming pool and tennis court in synthetic ground inside the garden. 5 Terre are not so far, Portovenere, Pisa then in the evening back hom ein the calm of the olives hill.
