Charming apartment

We had a fantastic stay in Francesca’s home! Loved the amazing access it has to Lerici – dining, marina, and shops are all a short walk away. The apartment had lovely touches and Francesca and her family were very welcoming and helpful.

Nice appartement - perfect location

Very nice and tidy appartement. The location is perfect close to all the restaurants and the Castle of Lerici. The only thing we missed Were aircondition and walking distansen to a proper beach (good for children). The owner of the appartement were very kimd and helpful. We hade a very nice stay!

Perfect location in the most beautiful city, - Lerici!

Had the most amazing days in this beautiful city, the location is perfect with everything near by! Nice apartment with a little terrace, - perfect for breakfast and good talks in the evening;). And most of all the host, Clelia is wonderful!! She answers vety quickly på every question you might have, and she is sooo helpful and nice and made our stay extra nice!! Can hardly recommend a visit to the Wineyard "Tenute la Ghiaia" that she found for us in Sarzana!! We would love to com back sometime! Thank you, Clelia for everything!!

Perfect Location

We found Lerici charming. The apartment was centrally located right off the square. It accommodated the four of us perfectly. Francesca was very knowledgeable and personable and helped make our stay Moe enjoyable. Although there were lots of steps getting into the apartment you'll get used to it and it's well worth it.

Lovely place

We loved Clelia's accommodation. Firstly, the host was very responsive to our various requests as we were traveling with young children. This accommodation is charming, very clean, and perfectly located in the historic district of Lerici. You'll enjoy walking around this beautiful city. Cinque Terre is easily accessible by taking the boat from the port of Lerici, which is a 1-minute walk from the accommodation. You will find all amenities within a 5-minute walk. We want to thank Francesca for her valuable help and great recommendations throughout our stay. We highly recommend this accommodation and look forward to returning.

Wonderful family vacation

We had the pleasure of staying a week in this lovely apartment. Everything advertised was true (or better) in reality. It's location was perfect for us as it is close to the town center, the harbour and of course the sea! There is a rather steep stairway (3 stairs) to traverse to get to the apartment which did not bother us but if you have elderly/infirm people in your party it might be less suitable. We loved our stay and our host Francesca was very welcoming and helpful. Would love to come back, preferably soon! //B

Terrific apt. For a family. The stairs up to unit needs to be stressed more. They are difficult for anyone over 60. The town is as advertised.

Beautiful Lerici!!

This could not have been a more pleasurable experience! Clelia extended the most gracious hospitality and was helpful in every way possible - from taking me to the supermarket on day one, to helping with train schedules, restaurant suggestions, cab drivers, whatever! Along with her delightful daughter Francesca, they made my five weeks in Liguria nearly impossible to leave behind! Her apartment was exceedingly well- equipped and charming, right in the heart of this beautiful town. (And the stairs made sure I left in better shape than when I arrived!) I left a piece of my heart there, as did the friends who accompanied me, and I came home knowing I had made a new friend. Fabulous!

Cosy atmosphere

If you want Italian charm and atmosphere this flat is perfect. Old flat with a lot of beautiful details and decorations. Roomy and practical as well. A nice roof terrace where you can enjoy your meals or a cold beer. And the whole thing i situated in the very heart of old and extremely charming Lerici. A good starting point if you want to go and see Cinque Terre. Just take a boat on a day ticket and see the villages you want. Not cheap but at good way to get around (41€ per person per day). We only missed an electrical kettle in the kitchen. The fans in the bathrooms are very noicy and need replacement. And the wifi could do with an extension as some parts of the flat are not covered. Otherwise this flat is a gem and we can strongly recommend it. The owner, Clelia, is also a very friendly and helpful person.

Location! Location! Location!

Our stay in Lerici in this apartment was wonderful. You are dropped off by taxi, and the apartment is two minutes from the square. Almost all the photos of the water are right there. The water taxi is four minutes from the apartment, so getting around is very easy. Francesca met us to show us around, and offered, quite sincerely, to be available for any questions or issues. We had none, but I have traveled enough to feel confident in saying any problem would have been immediately addressed. The apartment is located in the main square of the town, with close proximity to restaurants and bars, bakeries and the grocery, pharmacy and ice cream shops. All of those are minutes from the apartment. And the food scene is fresh seafood galore. Plus incredible pizza and pasta, and bakeries. The apartment is as described. The patio is a wonderful place to have breakfast, or regroup in between hikes. The kitchen has everything you need. The living space was comfortable and well equipped. There are three bathrooms, with three bidets, which is very nice. We only used the bedrooms downstairs, and they were comfortable. This is an historic area. So the steps to get to the apartment are steep and narrow. They are even and there are hand rails. Just know if you have a mobility issue, are heavy set, have a fear of heights or close space, it could effect your ability to navigate. It was absolutely the trip of a lifetime. We would go back in a heartbeat! Thank you so much.

Authentic Stay By The Castle

Enjoyed the chance to vacation in an historic building that lends to the character of this beautiful place on the sea. Very proximate to beaches, everything in town and the promenade. The host offered a key service to us upon booking and was responsive to questions we had during our stay.

Traumurlaub in Lerici

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einem stielvoll eingerichteten Appartement. Hervorragende Lage, nur wenige Meter zum Hafen, Strand und in die Altstadt. Ungewöhnlich gut ist auch, dass das Appartement über 3 Bäder (davon 2 mit Dusche) verfügt. Den Ausklang der Abende und das Frühstück konnte man super auf der Dachterasse erleben. Der Ort selbst bietet viele Möglichkeiten, den Uralub zu gestalten. Neben den schönen Srtänden besteht die Möglichkeit für Schiffsrundfahrten durchzuführen, Bootsverleihe, um die Sonnenuntergänge zu geniesen, oder Tagesausflüge in die nahegelegenen Ausflugsorte vorzunehmen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hat sich stets um alle Belange gekümmert. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Ein kleines Minus war die fehlende Klimaanlage, die durch die vorhandenen Ventilatoren nicht vollständig ersetzt werden konnte.

Mitten im Herzen von Lerici

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön. Gut ausgestattet. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar (kleiner Strand, Bars, Restaurants, Bäcker, Bushaltestelle, Schiff zur Abfahrt nach Cinque Terre). Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett. Die Tage in Lerici haben wir sehr genossen. Morgens hatte man die kleine Bucht durch den Fußgängertunnel fast für sich. Das Wetter war sehr heiß, leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage, sondern nur Ventilatoren. In dem kleinen Gässchen saßen oft bis spät in die Nacht Leute und haben sich unterhalten. Aber auch das ist dolce vita und da man spät ins Bett sinkt und wenn man zusätzlich Ohrstöpsel nutzt, ist das kein Problem. Insgesamt: HERRLICH!

Dreams come true

I would say that everything was perfect. Lerici and all "ģolfo dei poeti" is one of the most beautiful places in Italy. The owners of the propriety are very kind and helpful people. They gave us a hand from the beginning to the end of our one-week stay there. The apartment is "Italian" - you know what I mean. I love this style. If you do - do not hesitate to visit it. The beach, restaurants and small shops are just a few steps from the property. Architecture is colourfully and very Italian. I thoroughly recommend it.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Die Wohnung liegt ganz zentral, in unmittelbarer Nähe des Jachthafens in einer idyllischen Gasse, ist aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Sie bietet zwei Schlafzimmer (ein weiterer Raum kann in ein zusätzliches Schlafzimmer umgewandelt werden), außerdem zwei Bäder und ein separates WC. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen schönen Blick. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, viele Restaurants und Cafés sowie das Castello di Lerici sind von der Wohnung aus zu Fuß erreichbar. Unsere Vermieterin Clelia war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat bei Fragen schnell reagiert. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Wunderschöne 2 Wochen in Lerici Stadt

Es waren zwei wunderschöne Wochen in dieser Wohnung. Aufgrund der Innenstadtnähe ist es i.B. Nachts nicht ganz ruhig, aber in den lauen Sommernächten haben wir die Musik etc. genossen. Die Dachterasse ist schöner als auf den Bildern ersichtlich. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, aber normale Weingläser und ein gut funktionierenden Korkenzieher fehlten. Ansonsten haben sich die Vermieter rührend um uns gekümmert.

Warm Welcome

The host Clelia is very warm and friendly. Her duplex apartment is clean and tidy, has everything you need. It's situated only a few steps away from the city square and harbor of Lerici. The beach is also on walking distance. Will definitely recommend this.

Wunderschönes Appartment als gute Basis für Strand und Ausflügr

Unser Aufenthalt in Clelias Appartment war wirklich perfekt. Alle 3 Schlafzimmer sind in einem eigenen Stil eingerichtet und die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Auf der kleinen aber wunderschönen Dachterrasse haben wir lustige Abende und leckere Frühstücks abgehalten. Das Apartment ist sehr zentral gelegen, Bootsausflüge nach Cinque Terre liegen vor der Haustür und auch den Strand erreicht man in 10 Min. Fussweg. Auch einen Fussmarsch von ca. 25. Min. Am Strand ebtlang ins etwas belebtere San Terenzo liegt wirklich super drin. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich top (Bestes in der ganzen Umgebung) und wir waren sehr traurig, als wir die Wohnung wieder verliessen. Jeder Zeit wieder, wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt. Einziger Hinweis: Die Treppe ins Appartment ist wirklich sehr steil, füt uns 3 jungen Frauen kein Problem, bei jemandem mit Gehproblemen jedoch evtl. Etwas mühsam zu begehen.

Lerici at its best

Siamo stati molto bene, la casa è davvera graziosa e ha un'anima. Clelia e Francesca ci hanno aiutato sempre in tutte le nostre (numerose) richieste per I bimbi e per la casa in genere. La casa è inoltre in una posizione molto strategica (in centro e vicino al porto) e quindi è stato molto facile accedere alla spiaggia o partire per le escursioni. Consigliato per famiglie con bimbi che camminano perchè le scale di accesso all'appartamento sono ripide.
