Apartment 6 pax wifi breathtaking sea view

Bright, cozy apartment with a breathtaking view on the Gulf of Poets. The house is on the hills of Lerici, surrounded by nature and quiet. Private entrance and parking. The location is ideal to reach the town of Lerici even by foot (20 mins downhill) or bus (frequent service during summer).
The apartment is completely renewed and it consists of a kitchen, an openspace livingroom and dining room, a large balcony with laundry corner and a toilet on the ground floor; three bedrooms and a second toilet on the firts floor. The apartment is furnished with washing machine, dish washer, hair dryer, fridge, fans. The balcony is accessible from both the kitchen and the living room. We have wifi.
Before your arrival we sanitize the apartment using an ozone-emitting machine (Airwater plus) certified by the Ministry of Health (prot. n. 24482 of July 31, 1996 and "disinfectant agent in the treatment of air and water" with CNSA of October 27, 2010).
Check in (13-22pm): We always welcome our guests in person, so that we can help them with everything they need. We are also available during the stay for every request.
Tourist tax 4,00€ per person/night (for the first 5 nights) to deposit at check in. It does not apply to children to 12 years old.

The area
The house is on the hills of Lerici, in a quiet location. You can easily reach (even on foot) the towns nearby, such as La Serra (800 mt) and Lerici (1,5 km), but also Tellaro (4 km), Pugliola (1 km), Monte Marcello (7 km).
The view from the house is stunning: you can see the whole Gulf of Poets, Lerici, Porto Venere, the isles Palmaria and Tino.
The location is perfect for everyone: we have a lot of pathways of those who love trekking, both equipped and free beaches, hidden bays, restaurants, a fervent nightlife (during summer), beautiful towns on the sea, medieval towns in the countryside, vineyards, the main historical cities in the north easily reachable (Pisa, Florence, Milan, Genoa, Forte dei Marmi, Turin, Bologna etc)...
The closest stations are in Sarzana (7,5 km) and La Spezia (11 km).
Le Cinque Terre - The Five Lands - (about 30 km) can be reached by car or train from La Spezia. From Lerici, during summer, there are boats to Porto Venere, Palmaria, Cinque Terre, Levanto, Tellaro, La Spezia.

We had a great experience staying at this home with a breathtaking view of Lerici day and night! We often started our day with a cup of coffee on the balcony overlooking the Gulf of Poets. The hosts were wonderful from the start of the booking process through the end of our visit. The home was immaculate, the beds were very comfortable, and plenty of towels were provided. We also appreciated having a washing machine on site. It was a great place to call home while we made day trips exploring nearby towns. Thank you, Enrica and Severino, for making our stay in Lerici so special!

Fantastic stay with amazing views

We had the privilege of spending 3 weeks in Enrica and Severino’s place. The property is spacious, beautifully redone and has one of the best views of the entire gulf. The house is well distributed and has everything you need to enjoy a stay short or long. The hosts are local and extremely responsive should you need anything. We hope we have the opportunity to stay again!

Wonderful

Everything was fine, we had a wonderful holiday! The apartment is very large and spacious, we immediately felt comfortable. Realy fantastic was the view over Lerici! We would like to add a small possibility for improvement: a better and larger pan would make food preparation even easier. All in all a very nice stay.

Very nice view, top location

The location was very clean and nicely furbished. The view from the terrace is spectacular and we even spotted a submarine coming in. Everything was fine and as described. Parking is a bit further up the road, but was always easy. You can walk down to the centre and beaches. It takes about 20-25 minutes. The hosts very very friendly and welcoming. We had a great stay!

Excellent hosts and beautiful view

The hosts, Severino and Enrica, are the most friendly, helpfull and easy going persons. Their House is very Well organized with comfortable furniture, and the balcony is perfect for aperitif with beautiful sundown view over Golfo dei Poeti. Only one bitter drop to this perfect cocktail: the intense traffic on the Road in front of the House. The room with a Window towards the Road suffered from the traffic noise. The two other rooms with view over the Bay did not.

"Abbiamo trascorso una settimana di vacanza a Lerici in una casa assolutamente incantevole! La pulizia e l'organizzazione erano impeccabili, ogni dettaglio era stato curato con amore. La vista sul golfo di Lerici era semplicemente spettacolare. La casa era fornita di tutto il necessario, dalle lenzuola ai prodotti per la pulizia. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la posizione tranquilla. Un soggiorno perfetto per rilassarsi e godersi la bellezza della natura. Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque cerchi una vacanza rilassante e di alta qualità." 5 stelle!

Sehr schönes Haus - wie auf den Bildern

Das Haus ist super. Der Parkplatz ist gleich die Straße hoch (Öffentlich) man kann nach lerici runter laufen (hoch aber sehr steil) oder Auto fahren 10 min zu fuß ist ein bäcker Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend .

Fantastisch

Zoals we in de voorgaande referenties hadden gelezen al, en dit blijkt zeker te kloppen. Een prachtig huisje met een subliem uitzicht vanaf het balkon. Ontbijten vaste prik op t balkon. Prachtig uitzicht over de baai en Lerici.tot aan portovenere. Een mooi strategisch fantastische plek om van toscana,florence, lucca, tot aan monterosso ,cinqueterre , stadjes te ontdekken. Vele mooie stranden bezocht. Lerici ,portovenere, blue baie, punto bianca,monterosso, fiascherino baai. Vissersdorpje tellaro en lerici, heerlijk uit eten geweest. De auto parkeren geen probleem,alleen wel vroeg op pad gaan dan. Geliefd bij toeristen. Parkeren op ong 50 meter, .bagage lossen bij t huis op korte afstand met hulp , ging super snel. Pad op 300 meter vanaf huis, omlaag makkelijk. omhoog wat pittiger.15,20 min. Al met al,top weken gehad,wij zouden zeker terug komen hier. Super Bedankt , Enrica en Severino We hebven

Wunderschöner Ort mit Traumaussicht

Die Wohnung ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bett war super und auch für die Kinder war mit Reisebetten gesorgt. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön, ja schon spektakulär! Die Kommunikation mit Enrica & Severino war sehr angenehm, wir fühlten uns super umsorgt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Amazing! 5-Star Views & Hosts!

My parents stayed at the villa for about 2 months, and it was perfect for them and their multiple guests. Severino & Enrica we’re wonderful, they even picked my parents up from the train station in LaSpezia and drove them to the apartment. I stayed with my parents for about 3 weeks and met the host personally too. Just as advertised. There is a bus and a walking path into Lerici which are both very convenient and parking very close by if you have a car.

Très jolie maison avec vue exceptionnelle sur le golfe

La maison est très agréable avec une décoration maritime fraîche et reposante et tout le confort. La vue sur le golfe est à couper le souffle. C'est un spectacle de prendre le petit déjeuner face à ce magnifique panorama. Enrica et Severino sont adorables et donnent des conseils de visites si besoin. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir ici, si nous repassons par Lerici.

Mooi en gezellig appartement (eerder een huisje), met een balkon met prachtig uitzicht op Lerici/Bay of poets. Vriendelijk eigenaren - vlotte communicatie. Genoten van het uitzicht. Je kan te voet of met de bus naar Lerici. Tellaro en Montemarcello en Portevonero (per boot) en Carrara mijn (Campo Cecina) bezocht. Allen erg de moeite. Je kan mooi fietsen via Montemarcello naar het haventje van Bocca di Magra. Als je in de weg van de parking 1km naar boven rijdt kom je bij Osteria Redarca (erg gezellig, rustig en lekker restaurant). Topweek. groeten uit Edegem (Belgie)

Great apartment with an amazing view

Everything was great!! We (4 adults, one baby) booked the apartment for one week during our Italy holiday in 2020. Our reservation was very last minute but everything was perfect! The communication was very easy, Severino and Enrica responded very quickly. They even organized a bed for our baby daughter! The apartment is beautiful and very well equipped with a stunning view over poets bay. Just be aware that the walk back from dinner can be a bit hard ;) We can highly recommend a stay and will surly come back!!

Gerne bestätigen wir die positiven Aussagen der vorherigen Bewertungen. Der Balkon bietet einen gigantischen Ausblick auf die Bucht von Lerici sowie nach Porto Venere und atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung und die liebevolle Einrichtung ließen fast keine Wünsche offen. Jedoch haben wir eine große Bratpfanne gekauft und für nachfolgende Mieter dort gelassen damit man auch mal größer kochen kann. Die Lage ist wirklich optimal für Ausflüge in die Cinque Terre, nach Pisa und Lucca sowie in die apuanischen Alpen. Einen besonderen Dank an unsere tollen Gastgebern Enrica und Severino für die Gastfreundschaft und tolle Unterstützung! Siamo lieti di confermare le affermazioni positive delle precedenti valutazioni. Il balcone offre una vista gigantesca sulla baia di Lerici, oltre che su Porto Venere e su tramonti mozzafiato. L'attrezzatura dell'appartamento e l'amorevole arredamento non lasciavano quasi nulla a desiderare. Tuttavia, abbiamo comprato una grande padella per friggere e l'abbiamo lasciata lì per i seguenti inquilini in modo che si possano cucinare pasti più grandi. La posizione è davvero ideale per escursioni alle Cinque Terre, a Pisa e Lucca e alle Alpi Apuane. Un ringraziamento speciale ai nostri grandi padroni di casa Enrica e Severino per la loro ospitalità e il loro grande sostegno!

Gentilissimi i proprietari, incantevole la vista, appartamento confortevole e super attrezzato. Zona tranquilla, poco distante dal mare raggiungibile grazie ai pullman (la fermata si trova a pochi passi dall'appartamento).

Panorama spettacolare!

Appartamento a pochi minuti dal centro. Grande disponibilità dei proprietari veramente deliziosi. Appartamento curato e pulitissimo. Materassi ottimi. Dal terrazzo della casa si domina il golfo. La fermata del bus x accedere al centro è a pochi metri ed è molto ben servito, ma si può scendere a piedi in 20’. Disponibile parcheggio privato. In totale darei un bel 10.
