We did not get to stay at this property. The day before we were scheduled to leave, we received a notice that there was a problem with the unit, and it was unavailable. As rental owners, we understand that unforeseen problems happen. The owners offered us a similar unit, for which we were grateful. The problem is that at that point, all communication stopped. I sent several urgent messages requesting information, but did not hear from anyone. Finally about 2 hours before we headed to the airport, I called VRBO, anxious that we didn't have a place to stay. A short time later we received a reply. When we got there, we had a difficult time following the instructions on how to get there and got lost. Because it took more than an hour, we missed our contact and could not get in. There was a lockbox on the door, but we had not received information on how to get in. Finally, we got a response and were able to get in.
Once we were in the apartment, everything was fine. We had a pleasant stay.
