The location was ideal - near shops, restaurants and close to the water but away from the tourist area. It was clean and roomy. Communication with the host was timely and the check-in process very easy. It was great to have more room than hotels offered.

Nice apartment in good location

The apartment is very comfortable. The bedrooms are large and the apartment is well maintained. The location was great for visiting the Biennale. Communication with the manager was great. It is in very central neighborhood with many good cafes and restaurants nearby (including a great pizza place at the end of the street). I would be very happy to stay here again.

Loved visiting Venice

Property was exactly as anticipated. Location is perfect. Quiet nook off vibrant squares and streets, close to night life and great food - but not too close.

Needs Some Improvement, Great Location

Overall the property lacked some amenities. First, it's in a great location. Close to the Zacharia vaporetto stop and near St. Mark's. It's on a little alley off another small alley, so it's quiet if only the neighbors hot water heater didn't groan every 15 minutes. There is mold in both bathrooms. They could use much better sheets and more comfortable mattresses. To me the bed is one of the most important things in a rental and these mattresses were very hard. The sheets were so rough you couldn't use them. The kitchen should have a hot water kettle, toaster and coffee machine. They have plenty of cabinet space to store them. There is a small dishwasher, which was useful. And a 2-burner gas stove that worked well but there were no small pots with lids for boiling water. The property was relatively inexpensive compared to others in the area but you get what you pay for. Be warned the trash system is complicated in Venice. Not impossible but you have to be aware of the rules. I would stay here again if they made improvements.

Une semaine à Venise

Très bien placée, en rez-de-chaussée. Le descriptif Abritel annonce une surface de 70 m2. La surface réelle ne dépasse pas beaucoup 40 m2! Une cuisine et deux chambres. Pas de salon (contrairement à ce que nous faisaient supposer les 70 m2 annoncés) Cuisine peu équipée: Pas de casserole. Pas de bouilloire. Pas de grille-pain. Une cafetière italienne très petite, qu'on devait mettre en œuvre deux fois de suite pour avoir un peu de café le matin... Que des gros verres à eau. Quand on est une semaine à Venise, on aimerait avoir des verres à pied, voire des flûtes pour le Proseco. Beaucoup de locations françaises offrent tout cela à un prix bien moindre. Sèche-cheveux obstrué car sale, pas entretenu. A part cela, et même si les fenêtres donnent sur des ruelles extrêmement étroites (et n'ont donc pas servi pendant notre séjour. Le bilan est à peu près satisfaisant, nous étions tellement heureux d'être à Venise et c'est si difficile de trouver des locations à des prix corrects.

Perfect for a family of four quiet and close to everything!

The two bedroom apartment was perfect for my husband and I and our two teenagers. Kitchen and washer was great! Showers and bathrooms were modern. Beds were very comfortable. It is a cute quiet neighborhood with great restaurants just away from the hustle and bustle but close to everything about ten minutes walking. Air conditioning was perfect for us and we stayed cool at night. Easy keypad entry. Everything was easy walking distance. I would rent it again and recommend it to anyone with kids.

I wouldn't find a better place for 2 couples

Premium vacation, apartment is rufurbished to a high spec, very unique accommodation. Clean, has everything you will need for. Safe, close to the most venice main attractions. The property manager Thomas very exceptional when it comes to communicating and response. 5 ⭐

Alles perfekt!

Es war alles genauso wie beschrieben und wir waren rundum zufrieden. Ein einziges Manko - die Mücken sind besonders im Herbst in Venedig eine Plage - Mückengitter an allen Fenstern wären sehr wünschenswert!
