This place is great! 5 minutes from the metro, close to the Champs-Elysée, Arc de Triomphe, Church of the Madeleine and lots of other attractions. Clean, comfortable. Fantastic communication by the host. Everything worked. Great place.

We were there for a week in March. It was a perfect apartment on a great street in a nice/accessible neighborhood!! Manager was very thorough and easy to work with. Great for me and my daughter- plenty of space for us and our guest. Great kitchen- perfect for cooking breakfast and warming up meals. Washer/Dryer was a added bonus. Only improvement- add mirrors in the bedrooms.

The apartment is in a great location and within walking distance to several metro stations and sights. It is spacious with two bedrooms, a kitchen and large living room. We very much enjoyed our stay here!

The flat is located close to many main attractions and was clean and spacious. Checking in and out was simple and John-Paul was responsive to questions prior to check in. Great spot.

This home was perfect for our small family. There was comfortable sleeping space for my 15-yr old daughter and my husband and I. We had a minor issue with the newly renovated rain shower upon arrival but the hosts quickly tended to it so that we could benefit fully. We appreciated having a washer/dryer onsite for our 10-day stay. The location is exceptional - 4 mins to a subway stop and we found that we were never really more than 15-30 walk or subway ride to any major attraction in the city. Beautiful neighborhood that felt safe and welcoming at all times. Would stay here again without any hesitation!

Excellent choice for Paris Marathon.

Property is situated within walking distance or short metro ride from most popular Paris attractions. John-Paul was responsive and made our stay enjoyable. The property is comfortable, clean and charming.

Great location - lovely apartment

We were impressed with the Faubourg apartment. It is a very convenient location in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment was spacious for 2 people and appointed nicely. The check-in and check-out process was easy and very clear. The owner was in touch as we need during our stay.

Perfect for families. Kitchen and air conditioning were really nice to have. Our kids had their own room / murphy bed. Location was great for exploring. Owner / manager very helpful.

Lovely stay

Spacious bright apartment located in premium shopping district in walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, Arc d’Triumph, Louve Museum and Notre Dame. Cafes and restaurants close by. Markets and bakeries also a short walk. Gare St Lazare also a 15 minute walk away. Perfect for a stay in Paris. Hosts were wonderful and accommodating.

Great Stay in Madeleine

The apartment is wonderfully located and exactly as pictured. Check in and communication was smooth and clear. It was easy to walk down the street to the pharmacie to obtain toiletries and to the Carrefour for espresso pods. Had a great visit to Paris with my husband, kids (6&4), and mother.

Perfect location in Paris

One of the friendliest and most helpful hosts I've ever encountered. Check in was effortless (important when you are jetlagged), and he was a great communicator. The property is in the most perfect location for exploring Paris. The flat is a little shabby (and you will need to bring your own soap), but I would stay here again for the location and host alone.

Location can not be beat!

Great flat in a wonderful and safe neighborhood. Clean and nicely updated with plenty of living space for 4 adults. Small bathroom and kitchen - but that’s not why you are in Paris! Across the street from one of the fanciest hotels in Paris and a block away from government buildings. Only 1.5 blocks to the metro. And walkable to all parts of the city if you are so inclined. Highly recommend.

Cool Weather in Paris

It was so nice to be in cooler weather in a beautiful city. The location of the apartment couldn’t have been better. We enjoyed relaxing there after exploring the city with our children. The nespresso machine made the mornings easier after long evenings. We all absolutely loved the apartment.

Excellent Location and comfortable apartment

The apartment is located in an excellent location. Major touristic sights are within walking distances (Champ Elysees, Eifel Tower, Louvre, Opera area). The area is safe and has two nearby Metro stations. We were a family of 4 and were comfortable in the apartment. The apartment was clean and check in/out instructions were provided by the host. The host was responsive to questions before and during the stay
