Summer house with swimming pool, hot tub and sauna as well as various activities located close to Havneby. This modern holiday home is well-equipped for multiple families with its five bedrooms and a large loft with six beds that looks down into the living room. There are three bathrooms with showers, one of which is located in the pool room. The house's lovely pool room is a hit with children and adults. From the house's dining room there is a practical view of the pool room. When the weather outside is not kind, there is the opportunity to play outdoor table tennis or table football. The house is built with quality materials, has high insulation and is heated with an energy-friendly heat pump. Outside, there is a large terrace with access from the living room. From here you have a view of the grounds, where there is space for ball games and play with, among other things, swings and a sandbox. There is an outdoor football goal. This is also where you will find a cozy sauna barrel, which is heated with regular firewood. Not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
