The apartment, renovated in 2019, offers a fully equipped American kitchen so you can prepare your favorite meals a cozy living room with Smart TV and free WiFi to relax after a day full of adventures and centralized air conditioning along with double-glazed windows for a fresh and quiet atmosphere The layout includes a main bedroom with a double bed and a secondary bedroom with a trundle bed

Emplacement à proximité de tout appartement bien équipé dans l’ensemble climatisation dans chaque pièce grand réfrigérateur machine à laver stores électriques etc et réactivité de l’agence de location en cas de problème dans l’appartement Lit 2 places dans la chambre parentale un peu petit quelques ustensiles de cuisine qui manquait (il n’y avait pas de bol) et parfois dur de trouver une place de parking devant la maison

Peaceful apartment near the train station

The apartment is spacious, clean and well presented. The kitchen has everything required for cooking etc. There is a smart tv in the comfortable lounge. The receptionist organised admission to the apartment on time and communication is good. I have been before and would return without reservation. Maybe instructions for the oven. I couldn't get it working. A tea towel would be good. A few pillows

The apartment is bright, spacious and airy. This is the second time I have been this year and would return. The checkin was easy, managed very well by the receptionist. She met us early and was very friendly, helpful and professional.The apartment is well equipped with heating when necessary. It is very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. It's a 5 minute walk to the train station and bars and restaurants. Good supermarket across from apartment.Overall, a lovely stay at one of Cuba's holiday .apartments.Thank you!

This apartment is very modern, light and airy

This apartment is very modern, light and airy. It has everything required for an enjoyable stay, close to Arroyo de la Miel with plenty of lovely shopping places and bars, cafes/restaurants.Everything provided is clean and well equipped. The bedrooms are spacious with built in wardrobes and very modern. The kitchen is well equipped with all required for cooking with modern utensils.I would recommend this apartment for an enjoyable stay close to all amenities in a very good location.

Great location. Close to supermarket, train station, shops and restaurants. We visited many places by train. We find this apartment and location really good for us because we have been in different cities around Costa De Sol, and always want to see many old and new places. Highly recommend. 👍

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft die genauso aussieht wie auf den Bildern

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft die genauso aussieht wie auf den Bildern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt und es hatte alles was wir für unseren Urlaub gebraucht haben. Parkplätze waren meistens vor der Tür frei und wenn nicht findet man leicht welche. Zum Strand sind wir zu Fuß gegangen, aber das dauert mit Kleinkind schon seine Zeit und auf dem Heimweg geht es etwas steil den Berg hoch, man kann aber auch mit dem Auto zum Strand fahren. Ein Supermarkt, eine Seilbahn und der Bahnhof sind gleich um die Ecke und wir haben auch leckere Restaurant gefunden. Das einzig suboptimale war, dass die Betten sehr kurz sind. Die Wohnung können wir auf jeden Fall empfehlen und würden nochmal buchen.

We love staying in Arroyo de La Miel as it’s a bustling Spanish town with more of a Spanish vibe than staying near the seafront as we like to try local cuisine and mixing with the locals. This apartment gave us the opportunity we wanted to immerse ourselves in the local culture situated in the heart of the town. Minute walk from local amenities and transport routes. The apartment was exceptionally clean bright and airy. There was great amount of storage & wardrobe space in both bedrooms. Although could have benefitted from a mirror in at least one of the bedrooms as the only mirror was in bathroom which may be an issue for some. The apartment block itself was safe and secure with gated access for added security,A hairdryer was supplied and is wall mounted in bathroom this was a huge asset avoiding having to bring our own. Huge amount of hand and bath towels were available again this was much appreciated.Kitchen was reasonably well equipped although we hardly ate there. There was no kettletoaster provided which was surprising but we managed without both but this could be an issue to others staying here.Other small bug bear and I’m really nit picking here was that there was no outside seating areaarea to dry washing although a very small balcony was available this wasn’t anywhere wide enough to put out a chair. Again however this did not spoil our stay as we were using this apartment as a base to get out and enjoy our time exploring our favourite area.

Beautiful apartment unfortunately we just couldn’t get air conditioning going right so had to leave windows open at night which left it rather noisy but that’s just our own fault

Nice apartment!

Great location. Close to supermarket, train station, shops and restaurants. We visited many places by train. We find this apartment and location really good for us because we have been in different cities around Costa De Sol, and always want to see many old and new places. Highly recommend. 👍
