This was my family's 2nd time staying at this property and it was just a we remembered it! We absolutely love it! Beautifully designed kitchen with the bar stools that provided ample room for our group of 10 to enjoy conversations as we prepared breakfast each morning. We loved the open floor plan. The backyard view is dreamy and provides the peace you need during a getaway. The pool area allowed for plenty of fun in the sun. There is a nice golf course that sits just beyond the property fence. We traveled for my graduate school commencement and only left the house for that, during our 4-day stay! That is how fabulous this property is. Located within minutes of grocery stores, restaurants, and interstate access, but also secluded enough to be tucked away from it all. The host was very responsive, provided plenty of bedding and bath towels which was great for our big group. Would recommend staying at this property if you plan to travel to the area. This is where we'll stay each time we visit.

Wonderful Arizona vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at the property-the location was perfect for us- only 4 miles away from the wedding venue where my grandson was getting married. The house was perfect for us and large enough to host a few family members for brunch. It was as advertised and we were pleased with the house and the pool area.

So convenient to enjoy our families event close by. Wedding & reception at Stonebridge Manor 4 1/2 miles away. This property comfortably accommodated our group, consisting of the youngest at 20 years old, to the Gr8gr8grandma at 92 years old. Highly recommend. AAA

Az Spring 2025

Very nice home. It was my husband and a friend who are in are mid to late 70's. The pool for us needed handrails to negotiate the stairs safely. We pulled up a chair to use as a railing. Very nice pool. We paid for the heating but it only ran the one day we turned it on. We appreciated the same day delivery of a new Keurig when the original one would not work. The bar stools were hard to use, difficult to get up into and position. Furniture a little too soft for elders. Showers were great but wished the handheld wands had not been eliminated. A few kitchen cleaning supplies would have been good. I used the Methods Spray I found in the bathroom. Washer and dryer worked well. I laundered and replaced everything but what we used that morning. Also we moved around the nightlights since older folks need to have more light to negotiate. We had a very nice stay! Great location!

Beautiful home with a lovely pool and close to everything we wanted to do! We were able to hike, swim, eat, watch baseball, and just enjoy the amazing arizona view!

Beautiful Location with Outstanding Amenities

Home was perfectly appointed, clean, quiet and on a beautiful golf course. The backyard kitchen was convenient for dining outside. The pool was the perfect temperature, water was clear and the sunsets from the pool were outstanding. We'll be back soon!

Fantastic Property

Stayed in this beautiful property for a family wedding in Phoenix. Everything was maintained and stocked perfectly. We wished we had been able to stay another week! Loved having coffee outside in the morning watching the golfers and enjoying the sunshine. Even though it was a little chilly out, the heated pool was amazing. Can’t wait to come back!

Business and Family Visit

This is a wonderful property and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We were able to have our siblings in the area over for a day of visiting and catching up with each other! Loved the location as it was very easy to access everything we wanted to do. The pool and backyard is beautiful and we loved spending our time there. Wonderful Again!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It is always extremely clean and perfect for a large group. There are enough bedrooms. The kitchen is amazing! The pool was wonderful. I hope we can stay here again.

Older Siblings Vacation

We loved your very comfortable, roomy house, and its many above & beyond amenities inside and out. Everything was very well stocked, including the kitchen with plenty of dinnerware, cookware, and small appliances. We all enjoyed the view of the golf course abutting the back yard and looking at the surroundings (including Superstition Mountain) from the wonderful sunroof. We also enjoyed the fire pits in the backyard most evening and hearing a neighbor play taps from his rooftop at sunset. We are debating returning next year if our health allows. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

Get house, great location

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood close Phoenix and Scottsdale. We had a choice of enjoying the heated pool and patio or venture out to see the sights.

Family getaway.

We wanted to get away for a week and just spend time with family. It was absolutely perfect for us. Lots of room for everyone, quiet clean neighborhood close to everything. We spent days mountain biking, hiking, watching the Coyotes and just spending time together. The check in process was easy and very detailed instructions were given. We loved it and will be back for sure!!!!

We currently live in the Milwaukee Wisconsin area. Anne is a Pharmacist and Greg is an Engineer. Both graduated from Purdue in 1994. We love to travel and two of our favorite places are New York City (Manhattan) and the Verde Valley (Sedona/Cottonwood). Greg is originally from Billings Montana and Anne is from Villa Park, IL. Anne hobbies are scrapbooking. Greg likes to golf, shooting sports, and boating.

We both love the East valley. Love to hike around the Superstitions and the fantastic weather. Sure beats the -10°F as I write this (LOL). Greg’s parents winter in Apache Junction from Montana. We have visited yearly since 2007 and just love the area. Greg also plans a golf vacation to the valley in February every year.

Zushi Japanese Bistro, Desert Peaks Grille, 5 R Cha Thai Bistro.
