Dip into the sparking pool or relax in the soothing spa. Gather around the outdoor fire pit after a game of volleyball or mini golf. Rack up the billiards for a game of pool, fire up the retro arcade or stream a movie on one of the many smart TVs for an evening in with friends and family. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the four person peddle boat for strolls on the private lake which is surrounded by miles of paved walking paths, and access to basketball and tennis courts. If you prefer convenience, take advantage of the shopping, dining, and amenities with Old Town Scottsdale, ASU, PHX and spring training facilities and golfing only minutes away. Please note, the pool does not have a heater. But the hot tub remains hot 24/7.

Great trip

Great place in a nice quiet neighborhood. The host, Torin, was great to work with and very accommodating. Check in and check out was a breeze. Would definitely rent from Torin again.

30th birthday golf weekend

We stayed here for a 5 day golf weekend celebrating me and my twin brothers 30th birthday. The house has so many activities and an unbelievable backyard. Big TVs in every room, nice bathrooms. The locations is great!Extremely happy with our stay!

Great home away from home!

We booked this home in order to attend a family party in Phoenix. Home was only 15-20min away. Very quiet neighborhood-we felt very safe. Home was very clean and beautifully decorated. Backyard was fabulous!!! Pool was too cold to enter but we had a great time with all the other amenities in the backyard.

Great Thanksgiving Week

Family of 6 enjoyed the backyard pool, hot tub & yard games! The kids loved the paddle boat & fishing poles to take down to the water. The house was super clean and the owners were very responsive to all concerns & questions.

Summer Vacation

This was an awesome place to stay. Family and I enjoyed every day we were there. There we’re a couple requests that I made to Torrin and he was quick to respond. When we head out to Arizona next time we will be making reservations here again. Thanks for a great time.

Family spring break

Our family of 4 stayed and enjoyed our stay. Kids ages 11 and 12. Very clean and updated home. We enjoyed the patio at night with seating area and TV to watch movies. Kids loved pool table, ping pong, basketball courts, pickle ball, and fishing.Communication process was great while we were there. Would rent again.

Az competition weekend

Our family of 5 loved our stay! The kids had so much fun in the pool/spa and the game room. We took walks around the little lake. The house is clean and so cute! The location was close enough to the convention center which made it nice for our daughter’s competition. Thank you for sharing your adorable house with us!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This home was the perfect place to stay for our daughter’s graduation from ASU. We were within 10-15 minutes of the airport and her apartment in Tempe. The home was spacious, very clean and had absolutely everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the pool and the close proximity to the lake. Torin was an outstanding host. We’ll definitely be staying here again.

Wonderful house, Close to Everything

This is a great home and outdoor living area!! It was just as pictured and the house was clean and inviting. Torin was a good communicator answering all of our questions right away. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and we felt safe. There are good restaurants and golfing close by, but it is also a short drive to Scottsdale and Phoenix if you wanted to get out.

Visit Phoenix for Friends Wedding

We were 3 couples travelling from Minnesota to Phoenix for a friends wedding in February. This property was a perfect place to stay for the wedding and for a warm weather get away. Wedding was Saturday and we spent time Sunday sitting outside by the pool and enjoying the sun, warm weather, and hot tub. We would recommend this property to others.
