Amazing house for Bach party

Highly recommend this house. The owner communicated during the entire process and made it so easy which was the best gift. House was extremely clean and described accurately. Additionally the checkout process was simple and detailed also extremely easy. Again highly recommend thank you so much

Great Winter Escape

We had a great stay at this property. Two families with 4 children 9 to 14. The kids loved the pool, mini put and the basketball net. We also had a great pool tournament. The house had everything we needed for our stay and there was plenty of room for both families to move around and find our own space when needed. This property can cater to families or large groups of men or women for a special occasion.

Amazing Girls Trip Stay

Stayed at this house with 13 friends for a bachelorette trip and everything was wonderful! The amount of beds, kitchen, and living space was perfect for a large group. The pool and backyard was so fun for grilling out and playing games. The location was great and easy for Ubers to the downtown area. Management was easy to contact. Could not have asked for a better stay!

Perfection!

Excellent communication from host with clear directions/information provided days in advance of our stay. Wonderful location for a run along the green belt. House is well decorated - great style. Large kitchen island was perfect for hanging out in the evening. Pool was very clean and larger than we anticipated. Loved our stay!

Golf trip heaven

A group of my friends wants a place to stay in Scottsdale for a golf trip to TPC. The house is located close to everything you’re looking for in a golf trip. 15 minutes away from TPC, talking stick Casino and 5 min outside of Old Town Scottsdale. When i got back to AZ I’ll look to stay here again.

Perfect for a Bach weekend!

We had plenty of space, the interior design was cool, and everything went smoothly. The pool was much bigger than the picture showed, the backyard was nice and private. I would definitely recommend for a family weekend or girls weekend!

Great Experience!

Had a great stay and so did my friends! We purchased 2 charcuterie boards by Liz (regular and dessert) they were both AMAZING! Shannon was extremely helpful with check in/out information. 100% recommend.

Great Home

There was 8 of us that came down for a golf trip and this house was perfect. Plenty to do around the area and at the house. The property was very clean and kept up. Would definitely recommend this property for bigger groups to stay.

Very Disappointing Customer Service

Overall this is a very nice vacation setup including the pool room and backyard, but it was not completely as advertised (tvs I had to fix to get working, lights out, garage not included, pool cover destroyed and deteriorated in pool, etc.) and the manager refuses to talk to you in person regarding issues, only via messages. I have stayed in VRBO houses where the owner/manager visited me in person to see how I was enjoying my stay, this manager won't even have a phone call. This is not good customer service and leaves a very bad impression - accordingly my first negative review on VRBO. Lots of excuses here (we know we need a new pool cover but its Covid) or simply ignoring the issues altogether. If the garage isn't included and being used for storage by the owner, be transparent and put that in the listing instead of hoping I don't ask about it after I arrive. I don't expect perfection in any house but how you handle that makes the difference. We got tagged with dirt stains to bed spreads from putting our suitcases on the bed, happy to pay if my fault and acknowledge that. The rub is an unwillingness to acknowledge where they came up short and only take.

Great house for family gathering.

Beautiful clean home with an open concept. We loved everyone being able to be in the same room whether in the living room, dining or kitchen. Great house!

Perfect for golf trip

Couple of friends and me picked this spot as a central location for our golf trip and it was perfect. It had everything we needed to make it a great trip! Would definitely stay at this place again.

Beautiful home!

We were in town for my daughter’s wedding. This home had plenty of beds for everyone! The kitchen is very spacious. The only negative was the upstairs bathroom. There are no bars in the tub which made it difficult for older persons to shower.
