Location was perfect and the back yard was awesome! We hung out in the backyard almost every night. House is convenient and so close to so many activities and things that we could do. Beautiful property!

The house was roomy and open. The kitchen was ready for cooking, either a full meal with the oven/stove, or heating a snack in the microwave. The living room was spacious with plenty of seating. There was a TV and numerous games ready to entertain. The bedrooms were all nice, with one having twin beds and the rest king size. There was even an outside room that was a bedroom/laundry room. The back yard was very private, with a pool/hot tub combo that was really nice. There was plenty of comfortable seating, tables, a gas grill, a gas firepit, jenga, and cornhole. All of the bathrooms were nice too.

Great setup for group of 8 golfers. Kitchen spacious and well stocked with cookware. Home was clean and stocked well in the bathrooms to get the week started. Outdoor area included a natural gas fire pit, heated hot tub and pool with night time lights to set the mood. Owner very responsive when called for any question.

We were in town for a tennis tournament. My teammates and I enjoyed this house and loved all having our own bedrooms. The house was very spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed to make delicious meals. The host was great and always responded when needed. Thanks for a great stay!!

The rooms were nicely furnished. The kitchen had all the necessary tools to fix meals. The pool area and backyard made the stay fun. Communication with the owner was great! The only 2 comments we had to further improve the stay would be to have a few more kitchen towels and cushions for the wooden chaise lounges by the pool.

A Gathering of Friends

The house was very clean and perfect for 3 couples that want king size beds and their own bathroom. We especially enjoyed the pool that was very clean and maintained. You will not be disappointed in this gem !!

Overall, our stay was very nice. The house is large and accommodated our family well. The host was very responsive in addressing the issues we encountered upon check-in. For example, the main bathroom was not clean from the previous guests and their pile of dirty towels were left for us. Additionally, several of power outlets in the main bedroom were not working, so we were not able to charge our phones nor use the bedside lamps. The host was very responsive to these issues, and they were corrected early during our week-long stay.

My family and I had a great time staying at a great place! We were a group of 8 celebrating my sister's 70th birthday. Tim, our host was so easy to talk to and answered all my questions; believe me, I had plenty! The house was clean, pool was clean, pleanty of towels and other amenities. My one sister uses a wheelchair and there was plenty of space for her to move around. There's one small step into the rental and one small step that leads out to the pool area. Very easy to navigate. Thank you for making our stay easy and stress free.

Amazing Stay

This house was amazing and accommodating for my party of 8 adults. The house was clean, the pool was amazing. The host was very communicative before, and during the entire stay. The location is surrounded by so many happenings. Whether you uber or have a car the property just worked overall. Thank you to Tim, the Host. 5 stars always start with the host and the hospitality. That made the stay even more comfortable and fun. Definitely recommend this house.

I'm excited that I get to share it with people and have made every effort to provide guests with the most fun and relaxing experience possible. I hike often and the photo of me is from the top of Camelback Mountain.
