Mediterranean town house with private pool in Colonia de Sant Pere where 8 guests can spend a quiet holiday.
A morning swim in the 8m x 3m chlorine pool, a large breakfast on the porch and then relax on one of the four sun loungers - just enjoy your holiday! The pool's depth ranges from 0.4m to 1.8m and a built-in barbecue can be found on the porch. Spacious terraces surround the house, furnished with a garden swing, chairs and tables. Besides, there's a ping-pong table so you will be able to challenge family and friends. The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbors.

The two-storey house welcomes you with a sitting-dining room on the ground floor with TV (local channels) and a round arch guiding to the second living area with satellite-TV. A fully equipped kitchen features everything you may need to cook up a feast, including a gas hob, breakfast table and electric oven. A laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board is available. A bedroom with double bed and shower bath are on the ground floor as well. The first floor comprises a bath with bathtub and four bedrooms, two with a double bed each, one with a single bed and one with two twin beds. A cot and a high chair are available on request. Furthermore, there are four fans and seven electric heaters.

The quiet town Colonia de Sant Pere nestles between the sea and the mountains; surrounded by nice gravel and sand beaches. The house is close to the beach and the yacht club of the village. Within 4 km you can not only find nice trails for hiking and jogging, but also natural beaches like Cala Na Clara with crystalline water. Another nice idea is to rent a boat and explore the coast on the waves. A 15 minutes' drive takes you to Son Serra de Marina with a natural sand beach and a good restaurant. In Betlem you can visit the chapel and on Wednesday is market in Artà. Supermarkets and more services are in Can Picafort and Artà.
