Unreal location, great host

The property was great, had everything we needed and concierge check in was simple and nice. The location is where you want to be in Paris. Place was clean, except the one small bedroom had an old musty or smoky smell and we had to buy extra toilet paper, but otherwise well equipped. Host was easy to communicate with and check-in was as easy as it gets

Great stay in center of Paris.

We really enjoyed this apartment during our stay in Paris. Very convenient location with metro and restaurants/cafes nearby. Easy walking to Notre Dame, St. Chapelle and Ile de St. Louis. Would recommend.

Wonderful family séjour in the center of Paris

My husband, two daughters (20 something) and I enjoyed our stay here immensely. It is very centrally located, easy to get pretty much anywhere, and quite spacious compared to many rental properties in Paris. Our daughters loved the bustling activity and by the end of the day, we were so tired the noise didn't bother us. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay at Jazzy Blues

The location of this property is perfect! The metro line is a short walk through the pass between the buildings in front of the unit. Notre-Dame Dame, the Louvre and the Siene are about a 10 minute walk away through a beautiful neighborhood for you to enjoy your stroll. There is a grocery store basically at your door step for all your needs.There are an unlimited amount of cafes, restaurants etc to visit and enjoy right out the door. The street is very lively at night and we never felt unsafe at all. The windows do a great job at minimizing the noise from outside, the room in the back is cozy and quiet. We would not hesitate to book this property again should we visit Paris again.We aren’t sure what it would be like in the summer months, it was 24C the week we were there and it did get warm in the appartment. There are fans that you can use and they do help. With the windows open it was nice, but having the front windows open at night would be really loud if you were to be sleeping on the couch bed in the living room.Thank you for sharing your property with us and helping us make unforgettable memories!

Comfortable Apartment

The apartment was pleasant and the location central and convenient. We did not realize that it was in a pedestrian only zone which made taxis awkward. Also the neighbourhood is full of inexpensive restaurants and bars which doesn't create the atmosphere we had expected. The location would be more suitable to younger travelers (we are in our 70's).

Convenient, very typical Parisian apartment

We had an early check-in at 1pm which was very much appreciated! The central location was very convenient, about 1 minute walk from the Châtelet metro stop. Lots of restaurants on pedestrian street below, so be advised the area is VERY noisy all through the night, but good for a quick bite or people-watching. The apartment itself was pretty spacious, a very typical Paris apartment interior. When I booked this stay, the listing mentioned air conditioning, and a king-size bed. But when we checked in, no air (just fans) and a queen size bed. The listing has since been updated, but disappointing considering what I was expecting. Overall, it was a nice stay but I would likely not book here again.

Great stay in Paris

This was a great apartment for us - one adult and four kids. Very centrally located in the 1er arrondissement - we were able to walk mostly everywhere we wanted to visit (le Louvre, centre Pompidou, Notre Dame, Sainte-Chapelle, etc) and a short subway ride to the Eiffel Tower. Lots of good shopping nearby in the Marais neighbourhood and at Les Halles shopping centre. There was also a great park for kids nearby (Nelson Mandela park). The street itself is very busy, with lots of nightlife. Our family enjoyed being so central and close to the action, but I could see how the noise at night could be problematic for some. The apartment was well equipped with lots of towels and comfortable beds and pillows. The fridge was small but totally fine for a short stay. There were large windows we could open for ventilation and fans for each sleeping area. All in all, a great apartment in a great location.

Beautiful Property

Overall, we enjoyed the location and having an apartment to go back to after a long day of touring. However, the noise level was excessive because of the outside cafes but even more so because of the creaky floors which made sleeping extremely difficult. The floors need to be renovated so that they don't wake the family members who need to use the rest room during the night. One step on the floor and every one was woken up. In addition, the doors needs to be lubricated as they are also creaky.

The 1er arrondissement of Paris is genuinely the historical and geographical centre of Paris.
Here you’ll find plenty of Historic sites, including the world-famous Louvre and “le jardin des Tuilleries”. A bit further along you’ll find place de la Concorde and on a nice day you can see the Eiffel Tower from there. If you want to go for some retail therapy, then look no further than rue St-Honore. There are also many places to have a nice glass of wine or to sit down and taste some of Paris’ best culinary establishments. You can even pop down rue Rivoli on a sunny day and have a nice stroll down the Seine.
