The condo was very clean and the owner was very responsive. It wasn't quite what I was expecting in regards to how close the beach was. You will have to walk down the street a bit to then get on the long boardwalk to the beach. The parking spaces are very tight- unless you have a compact car you will not be able to park there and be able to get in if anyone is parked next to you. I thought the balcony would be more private but it was very open to other balconies around us, so not very private. The balcony also shares an open wall with the hallway so it can get loud when people are coming and going. The checkout process was definitely more tedious than I have experienced in the past; we were asked to wash and put away dishes, wash towels and dry them if we had time, and contact the cleaning company ourself when we checked out.

Wonderful location, very clean!

My family and I enjoyed this wonderful condo. So close to the beach and other area attractions. Host was easy to communicate with and check in was a breeze. Will definitely stay here again our next visit to Orange Beach!

Wonderful!!

This condo is in a great location with easy beach access! The property was clean, and very well stocked with all the necessities. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!

It is right in the heart of Orange Beach within easy walk of restaurants, shopping and fun activities for kids. It is the friendliest place and perfect for families.

It is very roomy with a large living area, and a large balcony. We have 2 full sized couches in the living room plus 2 chairs and a large ottoman. So many places we stayed in before had really small living rooms so we loved this one!
