Welcome to Unit 111!

This sunny coastal condo offers a great getaway, but please note that daytime construction will occur on the property from mid-August through the fall season. To compensate for any daytime noise and workers on site during weekday hours, we have already applied a special, heavily discounted rate to your booking.

This 1 bedroom sleeps 3 with a king bed in the master bedroom. This unit is on the ground floor with easy access to the pool and just steps to the beach.
The kitchen and bathroom are not yet updated but we have new flooring. Be assured the unit is clean and has a fantastic view. Internet and TV cable with over 400 channels is a great addition to the perfect location.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. There is an app operated washer and dryer on every floor.

Awesome location, great access to the beach, pool and activities. It could be my issue but I would have liked to have communication with the host. The unit was clean. We had a great trip and the unit was everything we expected.

Thank you for your wonderful review. It's our policy as hosts to give our guests space to enjoy their vacation. We're here onsite in the office every day except Sunday for your convenience. Sorry if that wasn't made clear in the listing. Hope you'll visit with us again in the future and be sure to stop by to say hello! :) So glad you enjoyed the unit and your stay at HDS2!!

Perfect location for family

Condo was a perfect size for my family of 4. Walk out back patio and pool to the right and ocean to the left. Laundry was right down the hall along with close parking and trash chute. Condo is a bit outdated but couldn’t ask for better view and convenience of shuffle board, pool and beach.

Thanks so much, Jenn! The owner will be working on updating the kitchen next. Hopefully, if you get the chance to come back there will be much improvement. Either that, or try oceanfront. I'll make sure to give you a discount! All the best, Cate

Vrbo new smyrna

Great location, just very outdated and cupboards had opened containers of food. Bathrooms had used products that needed thrown away. Just felt it needed to be cleaned better.

Labor Day Weekend 2020

Super happy with the whole Hacienda Del Sol 2 experience. Thrilled with the 2/2 Cate placed us in. From location on the non-drive beach to this wonderful, clean, comfortable condo, I had everything for a great relaxing beach weekend. I will definitely plan to stay there again.
