Welcome to Unit 110!

Our one bedroom oceanview condo is conveniently located poolside on the ground floor of Hacienda del Sol II on New Smyrna Beach. The living room area has a new 37' LCD HDTV and free Wi Fi connection available. From the patio you can relax and look out over the large heated pool and enjoy a view of the ocean at the same time.

You will enjoy a spacious bedroom with a king bed, a 32" HDTV, and a large walk-in closet. There is a queen sleeper in the living room and also a small childs room with a twin bed.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. There is a coin operated washer and dryer on every floor.

Comfortable, quiet, very convenient

We enjoyed our unit which was on the first floor with a view of both the pool and the ocean from the patio. Accommodations were clean and offered convenience and comfort, as well as fully equipped. We really liked stepping off the patio and almost immediately being at either the pool or the beach. The area in general had activity from the residents yet was acceptably quiet and not overcrowded, and the beach very clean and enjoyable. Check-in and check-out was very efficient. The immediate area on A1A was not a high traffic roadway but yet only a reasonable distance to many nice restaurants and shops near highway 44 located near both the north and south causeways. New Smyrna Beach was a very pleasurable area for our stay without excessive congestion and also provided access to the St. Augustine and Kennedy Space Center areas for day trips. Great Stay

Excellent location. Exactly what we expected for the price. The only problem was that the electronic lock didn’t function properly and wasn’t repaired during our stay. Manager provided us with a key immediately but it was n’t convenient safeguarding a key at the pool and beach. Great communication from Cate. Unit was nice & clean. Overall a very pleasant stay. We already reserved for next year!

Nice condo

We enjoyed our stay. We did some cooking and baking, had everything we needed. The bed and shower were good. Neighbors were nice and area was quiet.

Family Get Away

Thoroughly enjoyed this location. Close to resturants, grocers and shops making shopping less stressful. Beach was nice on no drive section. Amenities were great! We will be back.

Perfect location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is in the perfect location: right next to the pool and steps from the beach. My husband and I will definitely be back.

Cozy and Comfortable

What a pretty place for a weekend getaway. Just steps to the pool and the beach. Pleasantly decorated and invitingly comfortable. All necessities provided. Pleasant experiences with rental agent.

Relaxing getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hacienda del Soll II. The condo was nicely furnished and very comfortable. It was well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. We also loved the location, walk out on the back patio and you have the pool, shuffle board, and view of the ocean. We will definitely come back next year!
