We had a wonderful stay at this property! Communication leading up to our trip was excellent, and they were always very responsive whenever we had questions.The house had plenty of space for our group, and the location in Sea Pines was fantastic. It was convenient to the beach and made for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Great value for a Sea Pines property so close to the beach. Excellent host communication. Older home with an interesting layout, but sleeps a lot of people. Would definitely stay here again!

Great house for our big family!

The Peek of blue house on Ruddy Turnstone was perfect for our big family of 16. We had everything we needed and the kids had a blast swimming and playing hide and seek through out the house!😊 Jay and Linda were the perfect hosts and kept us informed before, during and after our stay. We stayed at one of their homes last year and will definitely use them again next year. We've been vacationing at HHI for 35 years and they are definitely one of the best hosts we've used! Thanks you!!

We had a lovely stay in this home in Sea Pines. The location is fantastic and the house was perfect for us. Plenty of space for both sleeping, hanging out, and cooking / eating. Linda and Jay are fantastic hosts and were in touch weekly before our arrival and then touched base a few times while we were there.Really a fantastic experience.Bill

Great place, Great Hosts

The place was in good shape, in a fantastic location. Great anmentities. Easy access to the beach. The communication to and from the hosts was top notch and they were incredibly responsive.

Peek of BLue

Linda and Jay at Beachside HHI rentals provide everything needed for a wonderful stay. An ample supply of laundry soaps, dishwasher detergent, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags and several kitchen spices were included. The customer service is 5 star! Jay and Linda personally delivered to us upon arrival some missing baby items from our equipment order as soon as I notified them via text. They are very responsive in communicating with you in regards to any issues you may have. They provide very detailed information for checkin/checkout procedures, pass pick up location, as well as providing a rental list for bikes, and baby equipment. Also provide restaurant recs, things to do, etc. I would highly recommend renting from Beachside HHI. We will definitely book returning trips with them in the future.

Overall a great house. Layout is a little different, but it worked perfectly for us. House is a little older but everything was very clean and in great order. Great amenities as far as cooking goes! Probably the best I have ever seen. Very short walk to the beach. We would absolutely stay again!

Perfect beach home

The convenience to the beach cannot be beat! This also had to be one of the most well appointed rentals we’ve stayed in (the laundry pods were amazing!) and Linda and Jay’s communication was top notch. I would happily book Peek of Blue again or any other Beachside property.

Great family vacation house

My extended family of 15 stayed at Peek Of Blue for a week and had a fantastic time. It was large enough for everyone and the kids had their own area. Having our own pool was wonderful and the beach was just a short walk. The owners were great at communicating before and during our stay and we are definitely considering another stay!

Great location

We love this location, so close to the beach! But pictures are never the same as being there. The kitchen was adequate but small for cooking for 12.

Great location! Close to the beach! Management went above and beyond to rectify a MINOR issue. We will definitely rent with Beachside again! Linda and Jay are superb!

Perfect location for large group

To find a house all 11 ladies thought was perfect says a lot! Beautiful house, great location to the beach. The house was spacious, and well stocked with every amenity we needed.. The owners were very responsive to any questions or requests we came across. We highly recommend this house and owners, hope to return next year!

Good House & Better Location

The house is in a great location, easy walk to the beach, and a nice pool/hot-tub for relaxation. The property management team is very friendly and was available for any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again. The appliances and beds could be updated, but the house is in a great spot and quite large.

Thank you for your review. The photos and the description of the property are accurate. The home is priced accurately for its current level of finish and furnishings. I will note that you booked the home in October of 2022, and since then several updates were made, including larger TVs in the common areas, the removal of some dated furniture, new bedding, couches, side chairs, etc. If you could kindly pass on any more specific details to our team, we will be happy to share your feedback with the owners.

Family Weekend

This house was perfect for my family of 14. House was just as described, very big & beautiful. Neighborhood was quiet, steps away from the beach. Hosts were very friendly, responded immediately with any issues I had. Definitely recommend booking for a large group!!

Great Family time

Great house for our four generation family vacation. Enough space for all of us and close to the beach. Kids loved the pool when we weren’t at the beach. Fun neighborhood to walk or bike. Jay and Lisa were great hosts. Will stay with them again when we’re back in HHI.
