This 2nd row home, just a hop, skip, and a jump away from the ocean, features 6 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms and can easily accommodate your group of 18! The ground level is made for activities, with the pool and spa as the highlight. The tiki bar off the pool is the perfect place to shake up a refreshing beverage in between dips in the pool and the game room with ping pong table is also on this same level. The 2nd level is the heart of the home, with an open-concept kitchen, living room, and dining room. Also, on this floor, you will find bedrooms 1 through 4, a large balcony for outdoor dining or working, and the laundry room. The top level has another spacious living area and its own kitchen with 2 of the primary bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and balconies!

This home is located in North Forest Beach and is a short walk or bike ride away from Coligny Plaza! Great House, Unbelievable Sunrises

Throughout our stay, we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful sunrises every morning. The home was very spacious and the elevator was marvelous for my elderly mother and aunt. It made their particular stay wonderful and they even got in the hot tub one day. We had a great time on the patio and everything worked very well. Just a wonderful stay all around. Highly recommended to anybody who wants a property close to the beach, plenty of room for family and friends and the most amazing sunrises.

Fall Beach Trip

Location was amazing. House was great. Pool and spa were a big hit. Really glad we were able to have them heated. Property mgmt company was very welcoming and responsive.

Early Summer

The property was very nice, and the accommodations were quite comfortable. The only issues we encountered were with the elevator (which was fixed about halfway through the week), the dishwasher which seemed to leak and had a broken spray arm, and the back door lock which we were never able to actually lock. The management team was great in their response to our issues. They sent out various maintenance personnel to look into each problem. While they were only able to fix the one issue of the three (the elevator) during our stay, it was no big deal, and the management team kept us updated as to the status along the way. Overall we had a very good stay at this house, and would return.

Excellent

Loved it! We cooked and ordered out. The kids went to the beach every day and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Lots of tv choices for night time viewing. Loved the two central rooms. Kids enjoyed the having a tv to themselves. Beds were comfortable!

Good location, spacious, but a bit "tired"

Good spacious property for three families with grandchildren attending a wedding. Property manager was very responsive to a water heater leaking on arrival. The property is for sale and generally looking "tired", not the "recently remodeled" as advertised. Beware excessive fees - 23% between "host" fees and VRBO.

Great location

House is a very short walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The vacation rental company is extremely responsive. We had a nice stay.

Christmas family gathering

We found the house to be great. We paid extra to have pool and spa heated since it was in late December and the grandchildren and adult children felt it was money well spent. Brad our property coordinator checked on us after our arrival and took care of any questions we had. We all enjoyed our stay!!!

Great getaway!

Location is hard to beat—just steps from the beach. Only hitch was not being tuned in to the 24/7 app for information about codes, etc. would have liked at least one or two coffee filters to get started and a few rolls of paper towels as well as salt and pepper but management was very helpful and responded right away. Pool seemed to be in use constantly when not at the beach. Overall great!

Great house!

We loved the house and location. HHI was slammed so we basically never left and cooked every meal. House had everything we needed but would recommend having some plastic outdoor friendly serveware for the pool. The elevator never worked for us even though they sent someone out. Thanks for sharing your home!

Beautiful House & Great Location

This house was perfect for our family beach vacation. Beach access was right across the street and you can see the ocean from the house. The pool was a good size and got plenty of use. The inside was clean and up to date. We only had a few minor issues that the property manager quickly addressed. The only suggestion would be that we could have used some more basic kitchen supplies like storage containers, seasonings and more paper towels. We cooked dinner at the house almost every night. I would definitely recommend this property.
