Two bathrooms will provide you with showers. The house has a balcony on the upper floor with sea view as well as a terrace with patio furniture and BBQ, also with sea view. There are few historical places which you should visit while staying in beautiful Cavtat. One of the places is the Franciscan Monastery built in the 15th century, it is reachable in 4 minutes walk from the apartment as well as the Monastery of family Racic built in the 20th century on the initiation of the widow Racic after many tragic events, and she said ''My heir will build on the church graveyard in Cavtat grave with a chapel, in whom will rest my husband, our children and me. " There is also a famous Art Gallery Bukovac which is only 90 meters away from the apartment and the famous statue of Baltazar Bogisic is 3 minutes walk away from the apartment.
Old Town of Cavtat is situated at the south slopes of the peninsula. Known as Epidaurus in ancient times, today it is the tourist and cultural center of Konavle, the southernmost region of Croatia. In the times of the Dubrovnik Republic, Cavtat was the second most important seaport, place of trade and of administration in the Republic after Dubrovnik.
