Cavtat湾の北岸に位置する豪華な海の眺めのヴィラです。

私たちのプロパティは、2つの別々のヴィラ '西ヴィラ'と '東ヴィラ'は、他の隣に位置しています美しいシスタルカ湾を見下ろすちょうどツバメの中心部から数百メートル北。
2つのプロパティは、18世紀にさかのぼる農村複合体Anic-Nikicの歴史的遺跡を完全に再建しました。 再建は2012年に完了した。

2つのヴィラは約600平方メートルの庭に囲まれた450平方メートルを超える総面積をカバーしています。

ヴィラは最大24名まで収容可能です。 彼らは別々にまたは一緒に借りることができます。 西ヴィラはわずかに大きく、14名様まで収容可能ですが、若干小さいイーストヴィラは10名様まで収容できます。

西ヴィラはこれまでに完成した2つの家屋のうち大きいもので、海を見下ろす3つの独立したフロントテラスと屋根付きのガレージからなる3階建ての建物で構成されています。

家は最大14人のゲストを収容でき、4つの別々のベッドルームと4人用の寝室に変換できる広々とした屋根裏部屋を用意しています。

東ヴィラはこれまでに完成した2軒の建物のうち小さいもので、2つの別々のテラス（海を見下ろす正面に1つ、後ろにはバーベキューがあるもの）を備えた3階建ての建物で構成されています。

家は3人の別々のベッドルームと4人用の寝室に変換することができる広々とした屋根裏部屋に配置された宿泊施設で10人までのゲストをホストすることができます。

Please find below a set of information you may find useful and house rules we ask you to follow while staying in our villas. 1. Keep the use of Air Conditioning (A/C) reasonable. Keep windows closed when A/C is in use and switch A/C off before leaving the villas. 2. The use of the barbeque (BBQ) is allowed ONLY with charcoal briquettes. Please do not use wood, paper and other highly flammable material which would pose a fire hazard. In any case, given proximity of several trees and vegetation it is extremely important to ensure that any open flame is supervised at all times and no sparks, hot ashes and any other burning material is allowed to escape the BBQ and be dispersed in the surrounding environment. Keep a water hose readily available at all times. 3. Keep skylights in attics closed when leaving house and/or when rain is falling or expected to fall. 4. Help us to conserve energy and water. Please make reasonable use of utilities: conserve water and electricity avoiding to use more than it is needed.

Stay in Cavtat

We had a very pleasant time in Family, we rent the 2 houses ( West and East ) for a total of 15 people and had quite enough space. Sea view is amazing and place is very calm. There are beaches accessible by foot. Contacts with booking team are quite easy, they are very responsive. Great holidays !

Villa très agréable avec une vue magnifique

Villa avec toutes les commodités après un voyage en avion. Très propre Proche aéroport et proche Dubrovnik. Vieux village très joli.et une vue de la villa exceptionnelle. L'accès était un peu compliqué mais convenable. Excellent séjour en famille

Fabulous house and wonderful host

The house was exactly as described, although the photos of the views/sunsets do not do them justice. The setting is beautiful. We received so much helpful information from the owners before we arrived and their communcation was excellent. There were many helpful little extra touches in the house which made our stay easier. The property manager Sanela and her assistant Tony were very friendly and helpful. We have small children which meant that we had difficulty accessing the local beaches in the immediate vicinty, but this was not an issue as we simply walked to the main public beach, which was not far at all. I would definitely recommend this property and would be very happy to return.

Great Villas

Great Villas. Very large and comfortable and in a perfect location overlooking the sea. Steps from great beaches and many services (bars, restaurants, watersports, shops, etc...). Fantastic views. All in all a wonderful experience. Thanks Sanela and Paolo.

Loved our staying

Stayed at the villas (both) this past August. A lot of space inside and outside. Interior is well decorated and maintained. Outside space is nice (although an area of the garden is still awaiting full completion). Kids and adults alike loved the beaches (four of them) in front of the villas especially the one further away (about 5mins walk) that was really secluded and peaceful. Sunsets and cocktails+bbq on front terrace at night were memorable. Close to shops and also restaurants for the few nights we didn't feel like grilling. All in all great vacation. Thanks.

All in all great house, great location and surroundings!!

Villa is excellent for the large group and it is amazingly well equipped. Garden is beautiful and we could see that it also has a great potential that is going to make it even more enjoyable for years to come… We were very pleased with the facility and enjoyed greatly our stay in Cavtat. You may expect that we contact you again for the booking J. We want to mention few things that can be improved as we believe that you are willing to beat the best competition: 1) Showers hot water was in principle cooking which caused few burns when hot water pipe was accidentally touched. 2) Running water on the toilets (all) floor is not running towards the hole in the floor – this was a bit of a problem when we tried to clean toilet floor. Water had to be literally collected and pored over the holes … 3) We were instructed to use stairs up to the house (through the private gate) but neighbors pointed out that we were not supposed to do so. We ignored them as there was no other way to our knowledge. 4) Dishwasher closing cover sounds like hell when opened – might break any moment …

Everything was great!

We rented both villas last August 2016 for 10 days. Everything was great: the villas are very comfortable and and with magnificent views of the seas as advertized. Location was at first a bit difficult to find by car, but Sanela the property manager was super nice and super helpful in solving any problem and answering questions. Outdoor space was apparently recently redone with tons of flowers and plants and offered plenty of space and quiet areas for our large group (20 people). Sea views at sunset sipping cocktails while bbq-ing outside was the highlight of the staying. Plenty to do around with nice beaches, sport center with scuba and other sports and great restaurants and shops within walking distance. It was wondeful and we are coming back this summer. Thank you!

Awesome

We were for the first time in Croatia after hearing much about it and certainly building our expectations. ...and we certainly we not disappointed. We were with a large group of expats families mostly from Canada and US East Coast and Cavtat didn't makes us miss the Caribbeans at all (which is what we were all used to). The location of these villas is amazing for a start: they overlook pristine waters and beautiful quiet beaches (the villas are literally steps away from them...). The town - just a short stroll away - was awesome: full of great bars and restaurants and all shops we needed. Inside the villas are quite new: they've done a nice job furnishing them in a simple yet elegant way that offers nice comfort. We were happy with that. The areas around the villas are also great: we rented both villas so we has the whole area for ourselves that essentially consists of 4 larger terraces, 2 smaller ones and a fairly large garden in the back... so plenty of space for everyone with shade and sunshine to suit everyone's taste. For as long as we're in Europe we're certainly gonna be back.... Big thanks to our hosts that were very patient and helpful accommodating our requests and answering all of our questions.

Great gems!

We had rented the East Villa (the smaller one) last year and decided after a wonderful experience to come back again this year renting the West Villa (the larger one). Well, where to start.... The villas are awesome. Well built, three stories constructions just in front of the beach and sea: since they are slightly higher above sea level the location and views are fantastic. Villas are new and I can say that the owners kept improving them (some work was completed in the outside terraces this past year and more details worked on inside) since last year. The area is very quite and peaceful, yet a short walk from restaurants, grocery shops etc... The villas are very spacious and very comfortable for large groups. Fantastic experience all around: I'm sure we'll be back yet again soon!

Dream villa, dream vacation

Well, I rarely comment on my vacation experiences, but I have to say that in this case it was different. I have been going to Croatia for many years (we have some distant relatives there) and I know the area of Cavtat quite well. It is rare to find nicely built and well kept villas available for rent at a reasonable price and this is one of thoswe rare cases. First the villas are new (I think they were built in 2012 or 2013), were nicely furnished with everything that is needed. There were 24 people in our group renting both villas at the same time (we were a bit concerned as 24 people was the maximum capacity of the villas combined but it turned out that everybody was comfortable and had his own space). Villas are located in a stunning position right in front of the sea. It doesn’t gat any better than that. There are 3 or 4 beaches close to the villas (a few mins stroll) and they have pristine waters and are not crowded For those interested in more active vacations and meeting more people (we had some teenagers in our large group) there is plenty to do nearby with water sport facilities, bars, restaurants, etc… I know we’ll be back! Beautiful vacation!

Great villas. Paolo - the owner was very courteous and accommodating during the whole booking process providing very accurate descriptions and answering every details. Sanela - the property manager was very attentive to our needs throughout our stay and extremely responsive to all of our needs. The villas (we rented both of them) are in a wonderful location overlooking a beautiful bay on the north side of Cavtat and just steps away from some beautiful and very quiet beaches. They are spacious (we were 20 people in total and everyone felt comfortable) and recently built (so everything appeared to us essentially new). Furnishing is essential but modern and elegant. Kitchens are fully stocked, and including everything you'd expect. Terraces: dining on the terraces or watching a sunset sipping a drink was the highlight of our days. There are plenty of restaurants around all great but we also dined at home bbq-ing on the terraces buying fresh fish from the local guy in town (Vlaho) who cleaned it for us make it ready to toss it on the grill (he also sold marinated anchovies and tons of other delicious Croatian sea food specialties) Activities: there is 100yards away from the villas a scuba-diving center that also rents jet-skis (our teenage kids had a blast). We followed the suggestion of Paolo to charter a boat with a full day tour of the surrounding islands and it was truly fantastic. For the price we paid this turned out to be excellent value well exceeding our expectations. This is Cavtat's best kept secret and we will certainly return. Thanks!

Fantastic villas

Wonderful villas and wonderful vacation

We stayed here in July 2014. We rented both villas for a week with a large group of people and had a fantastic time. Villas are new and very well kept (very clean, in great order and well furnished). Property managers (Darko and Sanela) were courteous and attentive to any of our needs. Location is amazing. Overlooking the sea and offering fantastic sunset views. There are several beaches just below the villas and they were great (not too crowded and with pristine water) all in all a wonderful experience and very much recommended

“Stylish, comfortable and highly enjoyable!”

We stayed there in august with our two toddlers. The accommodation has everything one needs when traveling with kids. The beach is 5 min away, there is a kids club in a nearby hotel and Cavtat's town centre is about 20min stroll along the coastline. This was a fantastic alternative to the wonderful but overpriced Dubrovnik.
