Had a lovely stay at this apartment. The apartment is as listed kitchen well equipped lovely shower apartment was spotless only negative was no sun on the terrace but you are right beside the pool and it did not bother us. Tracy from Dublin

lovely appartment

was a bit of hassle booking up paid for accomodation then asked for my bank details 2 days before leaving for any damage occurs but on the night someone got my details and had a spending spree a round tenerife not good

We would like to clarify that at no point did we request your bank details, neither before your arrival nor at any other time. The damage deposit was pre-authorized through a secure link before your arrival from you, as clearly stated in the booking conditions, and was fully released after your departure. All transactions were processed directly between you and the bank through a secure and encrypted system. You have never mentioned before any fraudulent activity, and such a situation should be reported to your bank and the appropriate authorities. Suggesting that our company is involved is not only false but seriously damaging to our reputation. We take pride in offering a professional, transparent, and secure service to all our guests. We strongly reject defamatory statements that misrepresent our work, and we inform you that your comments will be reported to the relevant authorities for appropriate evaluation and action.

Had a wonderful week at this apartment in Parque Santiago 1. Lovely location but the sun never gets on the terrace, this was not an issue as we could escape the midday sun as the apartment was a few strides away from the poolside. Kitchen was well equipped with a full sized fridge/freezer. Washing machine in the bathroom which was very useful and detergent was supplied too. The beds were very comfy but I always take my own pillow.

Beautiful apartment

The apartment was beautiful it was situated right at the pool gate. The accommodation had everything needed for a two week stay.

Great place to stay! Nice appartement, clean and close to the pool. Very close to the beach and boulevard. WiFi was very good for working or streaming Netflix. Host had good communication and was very friendly. Good place to stay for holidays and work!
